I used the online service. The online tool said that I could pickup the trailor at the Milford, OH location. But then, your rep called and said I would need to pickup the trailor somewhere dozens of miles away which impacted my timeline for pickup. Your online app needs to be accurate if a location does or does not have equipment available for a specific location. That's time wasted by your rep to have to call me to redirect me and impacts my pickup/delivery of goods that I needed.Donald F.

I've rented a lot of U-Hauls. This place is by far the least prepared to service customers. I reserved it, checked in online, got to the place, had to check in again, then they had to call someone I know. I've rented trucks to go across country from Uhaul and they've never called a friend. My credit history and record as a customer is enough for most places. I finished the paperwork and the guy said â€œthere it isâ€. I went out to the lot by myself and hooked up the trailer, which is fine for me but what if I didn't know a lot about trailers? The tongue was sitting on the ground. What if I couldn't lift it alone? The fella was nice enough but I think I'll stick with the U-Haul center in Miamisburg next time. They seem to follow procedures a little better.David B.

Nothing was done correctly with my rental. We ended up having to keep the truck longer because they couldn't give us a storage location. Then they came and took the truck in the middle of the night loaded with our stuff causing the rest of our stuff to be set out of our house and they couldn't tell me where my stuff was until it was put up for auction so my family lost everything we had because of uhaul and the verity parkway location in middletown ohio and they also hit our car while taking the truck in the middle of the night!LISA S.
I thought that is was odd that I was asked to hook the tow dolly to the moving truck. When my son rented a moving truck and tow equipment, the store rep did that for him. In his defense, he did call someone that drove to the location to attach it to the moving truck. This entire situation has been a mess from start to finish. I realize that there were things outside of their control, but the way things were handled and the way the spoke to the customer, did not make the situation any better.Tafi E.

The door on the trailer leaked some when I was towing it when it rained. I was not happy about needing to supply a reference name and phone number for the rental, I have rented several times from uhaul with out any issues and now that you require a reference I will look for other options before renting from uhaul.john W.

Most places charge per day. I had to pay per day, per mile and put more gas in it than when I picked it up and then he tried to say I owed for gas until I showed him my phone that showed where it was and where it was when returned.Margie B.

Have trailer tongue propped up to make it easier to lift onto ball hitch. I had to lift it off the ground to attach it and this could be harder for older people to do.Matthew S.
The only hiccup we had was that the truck we requested to pick up online was not available at our pickup time. However we were given a bigger truck for the same rate, and everything worked out great. The man who helped us was very nice and patient with our questions.Amy H.

I said 'yes' to well-maintained, but we drove through about 8 hours of rain off and on and the front right part of the trailer leaked. Several boxes and personal blankets get wet. I mentioned it to the drop-off location and they immediately said they would pull it out of service to fix it.Glay T.

Yes this is Karen little when I called to make reservations I was told that the U-Haul was 3 minutes away from my address when I started out to go pick up the U-Haul truck it was 20 minutes away from my address when I got to the store the store owner gave me a dolly to put in the truck because I rented the dolly when I got back with the truck the store owner lied and said there was a dolly already in the truck attached but there was not I have a grievance that he was taking more money and from me and trying to get more money out of me and he charged me too much for the rent the truckKaren L.

The truck was dirty, everything inside rattled bc broke. The out side had so many marks from people hitting things. The inside of the truck bed, leaked and ruined my food, clothes and etc. Done nothing but cause my move to be even more work.Juanita C.

The gentleman who helped me didn't seem to understand that I pre-checked in as was recommended by Uhaul. So, it took longer than expected because he had to call someone to explain it to him. Overall, he was very nice though so no complaints there. The truck we got hadn't been swept out either. The clerk offered to do it but at that point I just wanted to get on the road. With it not being cleaned it made me wonder about the cleanliness of the cab especially in this Covid-19 environment. Uhaul can do better. Lastly, when I made my reservation it was for a location close to my home. Then when I checked in the day before pick up the location was changed to a place further away. I almost didn't notice the change which would have caused me to drive to the wrong location.Marc H.

I am very unsatisfied. I keep getting the run around . I needed to pay my mileage and was told I was put on a black list? But she could not give me an explanation. I have left the truck cleaner then when I picked up. I had it cleaned detailed and made sure it was swept. No damage. I have pictures to prove it. Always left the full tank full and recorded correct mileage. I have paid over $1000 to Uhaul in the past few months. Haven't had an issue until now. Someone please call me. 513-464-7701Kathryn M.

I was never told about all these extra fees. I was charged $178. I picked up uhaul on Friday Sept 27th at 5pm for 24 hours. Then I asked if I could have it a little longer and they told me that I could have it back to them at 11am the next day because someone else needed it at 11:30. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN OR refer them to anyone. I dont feel that I should have been charged the entire 2nd day rental considering it was not a full rental. The movers fee and $1. A mile plus I went above and beyond and spent an additional $45 of my own money to fill it all the way up. It wasnt even filled all the way full when I picked it up. The fact that no one from uhaul saw my situation and wanted to prorate my bill for the inconvenience that I rented it for a whole day but had to turn it in at 11am. That's not an entire day. I should have been able to have it back at 5pm sunday the 29th. AGAIN, WAYYYY TOO PRICEY, TOO MANY FEES. WASTE OF MONEY. Never told they would charge my card what they were charging it. I was told $1 a mile and $39.95 a day. That does not calculate up to $178.00.Hannah M.

The U-Haul unit that I rented had some problems, I could not use the ramp as it was off-track and stuck so we had to not use the ramp . Sounded as if the brake master cylinder/ slave cylinder was going out.. The passenger side rear tire had a huge gala taken out of the side of it which is definitely a major safety concern however they told me that it was no big deal and it go ahead with it.I would have opted not to take this unit however it was the only one available.Michael H.

We had to come in the early morning because we were buying our home the following day early. The manager of the store was so understanding that my husband and I both couldn't be there because the down poor of rain outside and having our kids. He was very welcoming and offered us a coffee. It was easy to drive in and out with the uhaul. No right roads around or parking lot. Very good location and very good store owner. I would and will recommend this location.Jacob O.

Personnel receiving equipment didn't know what to do. There was no sign-off or inspection of equipment. Contract paper should have a sign-off section for dropping off equipment. I took pictures to prove I dropped it at agreed upon location to cover my self.Jeffery M.

The A/C on the car was broken. My card was charged 4 times for the 1 truck. I was given the run around about getting my money back. The locations I selected were not the locations where I picked up and dropped off the truck at. There was cigarette ash in cup holders.
