Guy was rude. When I asked for the hand truck, he said he didn't have one. I told him to take it off my bill & poof! there it was. He, then, said "you better have it back by 1:30!" No please or thank you from him, at all. Then when we returned the truck, he accused us of stealing the lock. and as we were leaving, he yanked the dolly out of the truck & I saw something fly off. So, if there is any damage, please speak to him. One other thing is my driver said the brakes were going bad.Tisha P.

Had a headlight out and no air conditioning. Was not made aware this location did not have boxes or packing material had to go somewhere else for those items. No one would answer the phone at that location either.jim H.
A different location did not have the 15 foot truck that I had a guaranteed reservation for. I have not received the $50 that I was supposed to receive. I made this reservation and by the time I reached this location, it was canceled. The young person at this location went through the effort of calling U-HAUL to activate the reservation and rent the truck.Mohammed G.
I complained to the owner about how fifty the truck was and he said take it or leave it told me I won't find another truck that size anywhere. Refused to clean and sanitize. Left me to sterilize and clean it myself. Was very upset and has questioned potential rentals in future. Poor business practice and no customer service whatsoever. You should fire this affiliate. Has no concern for uhaul truck rentals at all.joe C.

The app wasnt working so I couldnt do my check in process. I was able to get help from the guy inside the store. He was VERY nice and VERY helpful. He had to help me turn the truck back in as well because the app was still down when I returned. Other than the technology issues it was an excellent experience (honestly its super easy to check in with the guy in the store)Crystal W.

The location was not clearly marked...other than a small decal sticker on the window on the side of the building. If I hadn't seen just one other UHaul vehicle parked on the side of the building, I probably would have passed it by more than once. Clear customer signage would be very helpful.Kim B.

First: The online check in experience is abysmal. I was literally not able to do basic registration until my phone's geolocation was near the truck, even though all of the basic registration required taking a photo of myself and my license, which could be done at any time, especially since the key can't be gotten without entering the building. This added significant time onto my overall trek thus preventing me from actually using the service I WAS PAYING FOR for about 15 minutes. Your company should change this to allow people to register from home so that picking up the key and the damn truck can be made faster, especially when HOME INTERNET is OFTEN BETTER THAN RANDOM OUTSIDE WIFI, which can ALSO increase the waiting time. Do better. This experience was horrible, but the guy working in the gas station was nice and the location was convenient. That is literally the only good thing about the experience.Shay T.
The pickup for this van was sketchy. It was at a gas station and the attendant needed to text with someone offsite to get us access to the vehicle. We had requested 2 dollies - neither were given to us. We had to return to the site and we were only able to get 1 dolly. I have been charged for 3 dollies. I have attempted to contact the site to get the charges reimbursed, with no success.Lori R.

None of the moving supplies or dollies I rented/bought were available except the truck. The truck was covered in snow, hasn't been cleared from the snow days earlier. Person at the location said that they couldn't help me. The fuel gauge on the truck was a 1/4 tank lower than in the app when I picked it up. I spent nearly an hour on the phone with u-haul trying to get stuff figured out while trying to move, not something I had time for. I never received help or any call back. Would absolutely not recommend.genevieve G.
