The air conditioning did not work in the truck, which was a bummer because it was HOT. Outside of that, the team at Mr. Transmatic was great!

Never received the uhaul at my reserved time went to return uhaul they were closed told to do drop box online I had no internet to do this called uhaul was told to have it back by 8:30am to avoid an extra day charge had it back by 8:25am but location was closed for regatta day went through a lot of stress and uhaul only added to it money was taken out of my account before hand and I just received my bill for July 31st 2018 and its August 2nd 2018 now I have to wait another 24 hrs for a credit back because to much money was taken out of my account in the first place I'm not pleased I would not recommend uhaul especially with any holidays that are in the timeframe of the move I'm still stressed out my move was not smooth and my dealings with uhaul isn't over yet oh joy don't use uhaul get movers

They didnt have many units there. He said there was a shortage of them only complsint i could say i had & that would only be if i had to nit pick! Grest bunch & grest service. Will definitely rent again!

Vehicle was close to breaking down. Vehicle was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. There is a hole in the top of the vehicle so if it rains then your belongings will get wet. Over charged on the fuel. Terrible service. Terrible vehicle.

As per my call to one of your staff at 2:45 on sat - Feb 16th when returning the truck, there was a hole in the truck that caused damaged to our mattress and then we arrived at 2:30 on Sat Deckers in Clarenville was not open and so i was forced to call and hopefully will understand the call.

I had a 27 ft. rental and this was the 4th Uhaul drop off I had to go to before I could drop off the truck. Apparantly the truck was too long to be dropped off at the other locations, more space is needed at these uhaul locations.

truck was dirty in the back full of mud and not cleaned, fuel guage was incorrect at time of pickup, which causwes more trouble at the drop off location. Truck was not inspected when it was dropped off prior to my pickup, there was a flat tire on it. took over 2 hours from the time i arrived at the pickup location untill i was able to leave for my destination.

You have a much more convenient location much closer to the City's core, don't understand why we had to drive to the outskirts of town to the back of an old repar shop.

The man at the counter told Me to sign here, sign here, and sign here. Here is your key. Thank you. When I got home. It was about 4.5 km away. Checked over the contract. It said there was 1/4 tank. There was a little less then that. This is alot for the big tank on the 26 foot truck. I did not even want this truck. Wanted 17 foot. Bigger truck ment more fuel. This is not the end of my trouble. The company said I could pick the truck up a day early at no extra charge. This was great. But after I droped of the truck on time. As per contract. They said I owed $65.00. It was because it was a day late. Which I was not. This was credit to me. But they said I still owed 16.00. They could not really figure what it was for. They credit this as well. There is one other thing. When I sign the papers at pickup. I signed that the truck was clean. It was far from it. The entire box had a layer of sand, rocks on it. Had to clean the truck. The cab had tims coffee cups under seat. Truck was a mess. All these issues are minor, but they did take up my time, time that I could of spend moving. I would not use u-haul again. I would rather pay twice the amount. Have a cupple friends load up their trucks and help move. With my scoupe of influence. I will advise every to advoide u haul. If the conversation ever comes up.

Had to boost the truck every time we started it. If it wasn't for the fact we had booster cables, we would've been in quite the mess. Still had to pay full price for the rental, even with the inconvience.

My pickup location changed in the day prior to pick up. Due to this, I had to incur an extra $50 in gas to get to the location. I had my rental booked for over a month and the sudden change in location added to the stress and inconvience of my move.
