*** WARNING *** I rented a cargo for "counter pick up". When I get there, the manager of the gas station tells me that they don't do "counter pick up" and require that I use "mobile pick up". But since I already selected for a "counter pick up", the website did not allow me to change it to "mobile pick up". So, I called UHAUL customer service and the rep tried to get the manager to release the keys, but since the manager refused, the rep had to redo the rental for a "mobile pick up", which thankfully she knew to do. I think UHAUL should I either update their website reflecting what their various sites are capable of doing. Otherwise they should require all the sites to comply. Also, I paid for a dolly and they did not put this in the van. If I did not check and ask for it, I would have paid for a service I did not receive. It's a bummer since this location is easily accessible.

The odometer reading that I photographed upon picking up the vehicle was 10806. Ur company billed me at 10744. That is inaccurate and if u check the photo that was taken, you would see that I have been overcharged. Pls review the photos and iwqoild appreciate an adjustment on my invoice. Regards….
I was robbed. Self service mess. Vehicle keys not in lock boxes. Nobody in charge, no help. Ended up getting vehicle 1 1/2 later than promised and expected. Charged for mileage I did not used. Poor record keeping. Got charge for somebody's miles or mistakes. Complained and reported issues right away. Multiples calls made. I got promised Region/store manager would call-email. He never called or face to resolve situation. This location and management is such a mess I am sure somebody else have faced the same or similar situations. I got robbed. I haul had a hold of my Credit card and records and they forced me to pay for mileage IDID NOT USED on the vehicle. This was last truck rental using Uhaul. Get extra mileage on somebody else.
People there was new and have no knowledge on how it works i had to call a guy name Shawn and he help me well.
Overall everything was good no complains. I have rented from this place before and I noticed the they got better. I think it will help if they open on Sundays.
It was very simple and easy to-do. No issues have done this twice already. Pleasant and stress experience both times.
I had a reservation for 8am the front desk person told me that the manager was running late. I asked him to please call find out what time he is coming in because I had to move my stuff at 8am. He just ignored me. Then I ask him why he is ignoring me he tells me I already told you he is late. I told the cashier I really need to go I don't have time to wait. Again ignoring me. The manager came in 15 mins later. I then ask the cashier is that the manager he ignores me so I ask the manager her are you the manager he tells me yes but he needs a second. That second turned into 10 mins. Then he decides to help out other people not me. Then tells me to go into the app to do the check out that I already did. Worst experience with U-Haul I rented in the pass always had a wonderful experience. This time not so much. I left there around 8:35. From being there at 8am.
There was some confusion on the Dropbox return process. But the key is the car was Successfully dropped off and I keep the car key back to the person who works in a gas station. At the beginning the person to the gas station refuse to give me back the key to check the mileage and take a picture for the return process. But at the end he let me open the car and check the mileage and finish the process.

An absolutely horrible experience. Had to wait on hold w customer service for almost an hour and got hung up on twice with no callback. So many glitches in the self service system too. Going to whatever I can to not use u-haul in the future.
The process of everything was ridiculous it took forever to get the vehicle I had to call customer service my pick up time was 10 took forever to get the keys over a hour and half and the location doesn't help or know anything and we're rude
The gentlemen SAM helped me out since I was not savvy with the app to do all the entering of information. He was helpful which made a difference during these uncertain times. Thank you.
I reserved a 7am pickup with 24/7. Unfortunately, the key to my truck was not in the lockbox and the location did not open until 8am. So, I had to wait in the rain until 8am and no one was able to help me.

IT was my first experience ,and Im not young Please explain for customers that easy way to check in and out on the phone because for me nobody explain and that location doesn't have WIFI service and I have to go little far from that station to get service on my phone Customer service of that station very bad nobody care about client
This location has the worst service ever. Once I finally got my U-Haul app to work and complete mobile checkout. I went to the lockbox where the key was suppose to be and it was empty. When I went inside and explained to the guy that the key was not where it needed to be he replied come back tomorrow. After being persistent in why I couldn't come back tomorrow. He decided to call someone over the phone and that person guided him to some room where the key was hidden. Ruined the whole “Mobile quick checkout†experience for me. It took me about to 40 min to compete this whole process.
Rental is at a gas station and got charged extra for after hours when it was never disclosed to me. Individual helping me also wasn't familiar with computer system. Very fustrating!

New check drop off process was a bit confusing at first. Was not made aware of it earlier.
Everything was easy. But the van was dirty and I had to line the floor with plastic to protect my furniture. Otherwise, it was OK.

Clean the vans. It was dirty and it smelled really bad. Customer service over the phone was rude and unhelpful. She said it's normal for customers to not receive equipment as ordered. Not ordering a van from uhaul ever again.
I would only recommend this location for convenience, since it's nearby. Otherwise, I would not. First, the app was not working properly so I could not complete the assessment before using the truck. Second, the trunk was not cleaned. Then if I didn't show pictures afterwards, the cleaning charge was up to me. That is not fair.

The first staff member that waited on me was distant and not particularly friendly. The second person to do so was "all business" but did a good job. A little more friendliness would have been appreciated. The van did well and I was treated fairly, if not warmly.

Uhaul computers were down! I had to wait 2 hours before we could drive the van away. It delayed our moving day significantly.

It was the easiest way to rent a U-haul thru a phone! Thank you U-haul. I had no problems and they will send you a receipt upon request.

It says self checkout. Just start process and follow the on screen steps, yet we weren't even able to get the keys and weren't able to even complete the final step which is 8 that asks you to to read odometer mileage and fuel tank range. However even though we didn't recieve keys nor complete step 8 we were still charged and were not able to cancel transaction even after calling. Terrible online service , instructions are misleading (being that they say you can pickup and drop off at anytime) , and customer service was terrible didn't know anything about self pickup on how to obtain keys and couldnt help us in any way.
I had reservation for 2 Cargo Van but end up have only one. I have to rush to another location to get other one. That waste me an hour.
It was very convenient and the assistant was great..
The gentleman helping was really nice and helpful but the van was messy. It still had the half full coffee mug from the last customer and garbage bags in the back. I will go back to this location only because its convenient.

Pick up time 11 am and got the cargo van 1:30 due to technical issue on the computer i wasted 2 and half hour. Never again with uhaul.....no compensation was offered with this location, bad customer service!!!!!
