My reservation was for a 15' truck and we learned a day before we were to pick-up a truck that all that was available in the Rexburg area (although I could SEE 15' trucks at the various U-haul locations in the city) was a 26' truck in Rigby. Although we had PLENTY of space in the truck for our move, perhaps a little more warning that one will be driving a LARGE truck instead of a smaller truck will (at least mentally!) help customers. The people at North Yellowstone Motors LLC were very polite and helpful.

I said I do not want the insurance provided by you all because my auto insurance covers me and I have been charged. besides that they were friendly people and very prompt and they got me into a truck Fast which I needed so like I said if I get a refund for what I did not want and yes they did a great jobm

I dropped the trailer off in Vail Colorado on May 30th. Spoke directly to a human and awesome dog. I have never been to ID. I have called for several weeks and been given the run around. I need the additional $366.76 that was charged after the trailer was return refunded immediately. This is ridiculous. Best, Erin

I had to lift the trailer onto my truck myself. I am 8 weeks out of shoulder surgery. I told them I wanted a day rental and they said it was due back in six hours. Poor customer service.

The front left tire was severely out of balance with a bent wheel. The alignment was out. It made for a miserable 1000 mile move. The location and staff were great. The truck needs some maintenance.

Location is very near my destination, rather than the targeted drop off point in Rexburg. Appreciated being able to drop off there. Unrelated to either destination but onus on U-Haul, traveled 160 miles round trip and 3 hours wasted to acquire the 26-foot truck that was scheduled and truck was not there in Ritzville Washington. Advised it was taken in emergency by Washington State Police to pick up from an accident. But we were not notified. $100 credit, not nearly enough for 3 hour road trip and needing to rearrange travel, loading, and unloading plans and assistance. Will avoid using U-Haul unless absolutely necessary.

Everything was great except when the right brake light of the car trailer popped off and was dragging on the road about 30 miles down. Not sure why it would just fall off, but it caused some commotion.
