The process of picking up the truck was ridiculous. First, your system would not recognize that I was at the truck's physical location and would not let me proceed. I called the phone number and was put on was seemed to be an endless hold. After a while, my son suggested I download the Uhaul app and that got me through the location check.. The second ridiculous part was the identity verification process. I need to send u- haul a picture of my passport in addition to my drivers license? To rent a friggen van for 4 hours? I wasn't moving to Canada or Mexico. The pickup process was a joke and I will never use this location and possibly u-haul again.Sam T.
When a customer leaves behind a personal item, please follow up with them after you say that you will - instead of just ignoring them. The Auto Spa's voice message - essentially tells customers you can get zero help from them. I assume they are making a % off the rentals, yet providing ZERO service to the customer. Was quite happy with the service until it came to trying to get my hat back - which will cost me $50 to replace.Christopher T.

UHaul service was terrible ..had to wait over 30 mins for them to send me the lockbox code so I could get the key and go. Will not ever use eth rent-by-phone option again. Also, the truck itself was old and worn out...felt like it was going to come apart over every bump or pothole.Robert M.

Negative: I did not see obvious instructions in the app or on site telling me where/how to turn in my key, but I think (hope) I did it correctly. I was charged 3 times by Uhaul for 1 rental. $125.62, $45.44, and $124.72. The hold time for Uhaul to speak to an agent was so long, I decided to just hang up. Please fix this error. My reservation number is 95448197.TOMARA D.

Key was not in lockbox indicated online, it was still in the drop box from previous renter. Check engine light came on during rental period. U-Haul's online pickup/drop off is convenient but some steps are redundant like having to take pictures of front/back of my drivers license which I already did when setting up my online account.Robert H.

This location is for online pickup/drop off only. Website needs a little more help to resolve location settings to allow these functions to work properly. Took me about 15 minutes to get the settings right for location access on my phone for the webpage.Robert E.

The UHaul app wasn't working for me and the gentleman who helped me with the transaction obviously was not at all happy with me. He was rather unkind. I'm sorry, I did everything I could but my phone would not take the transaction. The truck was in good shape but the windows were filthy. The gas gauge was a little below 1/2 full. Maybe it's UHalls policy but I thought the truck was supposed to be full at pick up.Debra P.

Truck was dirty. Person was not helpful. Handed me the keys and pointed to the truck. Did not look the truck over, did not review truck operation, just said you bought insurance no need to check the truck.Keith G.
The key return lock box is broken. So you have to memorize your code for the other lockbox and hope for the best when you drop your key off after hours.Destiny H.

Apparently this is a 24 hour location so it should have been noted. When I arrived to get truck I was told that and instructed to watch a video to complete the process. I tried to do so in the rain since the key box was outside and when it did not work then the employee on duty said it really should be stated. I would have appreciated better customer service and helping me to make sure it worked versus telling me about the video, walking away and back to his office and watch me stand out in the rain trying to complete from his dry/comfy office.Whitney L.
I was charged an additinal $10.34 for apparently no reason. Very disappointed and the box teuck didn't even have a ramp. I think every uhaul truck should have a ramp because you are only renting it to move things.Karen E.
I had the most terrible renting experience renting this truck. The app is horribly wrong, slow and complicated. Took me more than 10 mins to understand this location does not have an office, another 10 mins to get the app working and another 20 mins on call with representative to get verified (after explaining twice the issue). The drop off was equally terrible, everything went smooth till the last step where i drop off the keys in the lockbox. This app decided to give me 5 seconds to read the instructions before it refreshed the app, and now i dont have the code for the lock box. I am waiting to be connected to a representative even as i am typing this review. Its been 15 mins since i called and no one is answering my call, i am waiting in the parking lot postponing all my things to do for the morning. I would never again rent a truck with uhaul nor recommend the 24/7 truck share to anyone i know unless i hate them. I feel like the money i paid for this abysmal service is totally not worth it.Vikram N.
It took about 10 minutes to find out who could help us get the key to the truck. We went inside and waited at the desk and no one came. I went around and had to hunt down the manager. Once we did, the person was helpful and we got on our way.William N.

The online platform HAS to be streamlined. It took four tries to validate me.James M.
I reserved a cargo van online and paid the additional $10 for insurance. When I arrived at the rental site, there was no cargo van. The owner of the site told me I must have ordered a truck. I asked to speak to customer service. I was handed a phone and man came on the line and said my rental was for a truck. I had a copy of the order - which was for a cargo van. They then proceeded to tell me that the word "van" and "truck" meant the same thing. I told them I would rent the truck for the same cost of the cargo van. The customer service rep refused. Because I had to pick up furniture at a specific time, I accepted the fact that customer service wouldn't honor the original order and that I needed to rent the truck. Both the customer service rep and the owner of the satellite location were bullies - not respectful to customers. The worse customer service received ever.Michelle C.
The online check-in process was slow and painful. I had to upload a picture of me 8 times for it to take. I had to upload my drivers license 6 times for it to take. The process of verifying my identity with someone else is absurd. All they did was ask "i'm verifying Scott's identity". I was very displeased with the online check-in process. The truck was great. No issues. But it took me 25 minutes to get the truck checked out.Scott M.

The truck wreaked of cigarettes and di not run well at all. Shakes badly and vibrates, unlike any other medium-sized Uhaul I have rented in the past. Also, hate that these trucks never have cruise control. Pretty annoying on long trips on the highway.Robby S.

To start, when the pick up location is changed actually contacting the customer to inform them number one and number two the manager of this location when I called refused to assist me with pick up and I had to have the manager of an entirely separate location help me figure out what information I needed to pick up my truck! Things went well with the exception that the app didn't work. We had to call U-Haul who directed us to using the website instead. Would have been a wonderful experience if the app had worked. Because of the problems with the app it ended up taking almost an hour to pick up the truck.Douglas N.
Fully go over all of the rates and fees including mileage payments and what not. And possibly the gentlemen leasing your uhauls could make it seem like it's not a hassle to rent out a uhaul. Told me it was 29.99 and needed to re put gas in it. Nothing about a dolllar a mile. Either way, thanks for helping me with a truck to move. Appreciated overall I guess. Can always be worse.
