People would not leave their bulltetproof box to checkin the equipment. Fuel readers had skimmers attached and grabbed my card info. I thought I was going to leave a kidney behind. This place needs to be shut down immediately!

I had a terrible experience with Uhaul on this first and last attempt at using the service. I will never be using them again and will plan to tell every friend or family member I know to avoid the company for the rest of my time they are in business. I was lied to by the representatives about my booking information and given improperly leading information which caused me to be charged more money and add an extra day to my trip. I was then given overwhelmingly poor customer service by regional manager Dave Abbet who stated that I am not entitled to a refund and that I should be grateful that the representative helped me at all on the night of the incident because it was after closing time, despite the representative lying to me. There was also water damage on my items. I will never be using this service again because of this single event.

$50 charge for gas???? Really not fair when I could hardly afford to move. I'm a disabled senior fighting for my disability pay and the bill for this rental was beyond extreme. I am hoping for a fair settlement if not, I need to set up a payment plan for the $75 owed. Thank you for any assistance with this matter.

The person in charge is responsible to take care of store customers, gas station needs, receiving and processing the truck return.
