I was overcharged for the mileage of the vehicle. I was charged for 100 miles when I only used approximately 50 miles. I sent an email to the location without a response and was charged nearly $200 for a 17' truck that was picked up and returned the same day. The cargo area of the truck was clean but the cab, not so much.

Rude and disrespectful customer service from service woman. Nobody helped to hook up trailer. Trailer was not clean. Filled with trash and other debris. Definitely would not recommend this location to anyone.

The checkout process was a bit of a scam. The one question I had to answer yes to incurred a $25 cleaning charge. You should word this question so it can be answered NO like all the others. If I had not closely looked at my bill, I would not have caught it. I think this is intentional on your part and a scam.

I arrived at 11 am for my scheduled pick up. I was told the owner would be there in 20 minutes. I called the 1-800 number after 40 minutes. I was assured by uhaul the owner ran out for a few minutes. The owner did not arrive at the location until 12:15. She informed me that uhaul says she is open at 11 but she gets there at noon. The location is on a blind turn it is difficult leaving.

It's a Tire shop and looks like a train wreck, I would rent from a legitimate Uhaul location. Then charged extra for an overage fee in which they were closed.

Close this location!! The people were rude and I had to hook up the trailer myself. I also had to unhook the trailer. Now my back is hurting.

Highly unprofessional. I reserved a 10ft truck & she had a 20ft truck waiting, she didn't check the 10ft before assigning it then registered the fuel as full & truck as clean even though neither was the case. Her payment system wasn't working & I had to make two seperate transactions then when I realized what happened with incorrect fuel levels she wouldn't answer the phone! Don't go here if you absolutely don't need to.

Customer service is very poor, I asked the service desk will someone hook the trailer up, she replied, we don't do that ,you do. My reply to her was, what about safety. At that time she told a worker to help me get the trailer out and hooked up. The employee appeared to be upset by management telling him to mount the trailer, once we were at the trailers the employee was just getting a trailer, I said that is not the one and his reply was you take whatever I gives you. The employee walked away and said get someone else,

I didn't know where to go to talk to someone and walked past the person I apparently needed to talk to. There was no place to park. The U-Haul was dirty and had an odor. The lady that I finally figured out I needed to call tried overcharging me Bc the company was giving me a free upgrade and she didn't want to give me that truck.

This location needs to fired the hispanic girl they have for been rude and for providing information that really isn't important. Also, they need to clean the vehicle from the inside (the one provided was nasty)

The trailer was in a muddy lot. I had to have my car mats cleaned from the mud. Not a good location, I will not go back to that location. I will find a U-Hall center

I called the uhaul location I picked the truck up from to ask them about gas because when I received the truck it was not full, it was at less than a quarter tank and I asked them did I have to return the truck full because I did not receive it full they told me I return the truck at whatever I received the gas tank on and that's what I did when I returned it to the Jacksonville location and first they tried to charge me $131 saying it was for gas then they tried again to change me $67 for gas when I explained to her what I was told. I will not be paying for a full tank when I did not receive a full tank of gas.

Well you all gave him a truck that leaked. He was soaking wet from the rain. Water poured into the truck where the seatbelt is attached. He used two towels to try & stay dry but both towels were wet & so was his shirt when we got to TN.

I returned my 26' truck within the 48 hours allotted at the time of rental. The man working at the location on Sunday August 30th told me he would be closed when I arrived to drop off the truck at approximately 3:15 PM. When I arrived he came out and VOLUNTEERED to park the truck for me. When I asked if I needed to check the vehicle in on U-Haul's mobile app. He said, " No, I will take care of everything for you and you will see your final bill tomorrow." A few days later, I noticed that he waited until Monday morning to check in my rental return. Then he charged me an extra day, an extra day of insurance and an AFTER HOURS RETURN FEE!!! This operator is a scam artist. I am a regular renter from U-Haul and I have filed a formal complaint with U-Haul Corporate and I have disputed the charge with my bank This independent operator's actions also caused the location i rented FROM to charge me for an extra day. His actions are reprehensible and I trust U-Haul will take corrective action and reverse both of the EXTRA charges that have been levied against my account.

Check the tire pressure. One of the trailer tires had only 15 psi instead of the 60 psi. Which could've resulted in a blow out.

Felt bad for the employee as he had a no show employee that put everyone behind. He was awesome however and was very very nice. Probably the nicest uhaul employee I have met.

This location is in a wooded area and with the heavy rain, North Florida, it was a mosquito haven however, the U-Haul representative was very helpful and conducted all the return equipment in a timely matter. Location would be better if not connected to a tire service repair shop that has horrible customer service every time I've dealt with this tire shop.

I have been using UHAUL equipment daily since the 28 of June from different locations all over Jacksonville. OCEANWAY Tires was the worst headache I've ever had. So much so I think I won't be using UHAUL for my rental equipment. That place not only charge me for an extra day I didn't use. But the employee (Patricia) makes rules that best benefit her company. That plus No one at corporate thought to contact me made matters worse!! OCEANWAY Tires are a VERY BAD LOOK FOR UHAUL

Not helpful at all...Told me the trailer number and that "it was in one lot or the other". No help finding it, hooking it up--same level of service on return. Neither of the people I encountered during this transaction bothered to step from behind their desk and left me outside in the doorway behind a child gate.

At the time of pick up the lady working handed us the keys and said here. When we asked where the truck was she told us to "go find it". The uHaul truck was dirty; it contained 3 flattened boxes, broken tie straps, a black plastic toy horse. When we returned it we left the same the boxes, straps and horse in it, but removed anything that belonged to us. The owner of the facility cussed at us, pulled a gun out of his white range rover and put it in the back of his pants, continued to cuss at us and flipped my husband off.

While backing trailer in, got flat tire and personnel did not care that I was driving around with a board with nails in it. People seemed upset that we didn't want to back into the grass. Now we have a flat tire

I picked the trailer up on the 16th and returned it on the 18th. The invoice indicates I dropped it off on the 23rd. I would rather suspect they just never got around to closing out the transaction until the lady that called me from uhaul called them. Pretty unprofessional bunch if you ask me.

Please teach the staff about customer service. I had to attach my truck to your trailer without help. When I asked the personnel for help they told be they don't do that without an added charge. I have rented trailers from Uhaul before at different locations and they were very helpful. This one was not. Thank you for your time in reading this. Lady started off nice then got upset when she told me I have to bring it back by 530 when I am suppose to have it to 630 and when I said my reservation was for 6 hrs and not 5 hrs she immediately got upset and said bring it tomorrow at 9 am I don't care I will charge you. The truck was dirty and I had reserved two furniture dollies and she said I can only have one cause it's all she had on a full lot. Not impressed with customer service and equipment availability and wonder how a company like uhaul let's some of these individuals get away with poor customer service. I think Penske or budget sounds better next time.

Is placed in a convenient location. Truck was certainly not cleaned prior to me receiving it but nothing too bad. However, prior to my return of the truck which I only used for about 2 hours, i made sure to sweep it. Yet I got charged a cleaning Fee. Yeah.
