The left brake light and signal light did not work. The vehicle was not clean. Not a big deal but they questioned us about leaves in the cargo area. We even swept it out before returning. Only had it for less than 3 hours. They didn't make a big deal out of it when we told them it wasn't clean to begin with.

Have the city of Calgary help with snow plowing. Uhaul vehicles couldn't park on the street after a snow storm. The operators here were informative , helpful and willing to assist.

I waited a total of an hour for them to find the keys, use the system and find my booking and then waited again when returning it on time although I lost about 30 minutes of my time waiting for them. It was stressful on moving day.

The lady who was doing the computer work had no idea what she was doing. Tried to double charge us and took nearly an hour to get the keys, even though we did the online check in. Not happy with what we paid either.

New car I couldn't see the mileage on it before I start to drive even costumer service could see it. At the end it showed 150 km that I use. But I use only 55 km. There were some technical mistake.

I would never go back to the fas gas in Ogden, Calgary to rent a uhaul. The truck worked fine but the customer service was poor. It took more than a half hour for them to process the deposit and she could not explain to me why I gave them my credit card number and then had to use it again to pay the deposit. Upon returning the vehicle they again could not process the paperwork. I was there for another half hour at least and she tried to have me agree for her to etransfer the money back to me that was owed. After telling her that wouldn't work she had to estimate the charges and gave me back cash. This was not an acceptable experience. Their operation is incompetent and she was rude. I will be checking my credit card to make sure I wasn't charged the deposit twice because I have 0 confidence in their ability to conduct their business.

Our reservation was booked over the phone. The agent confirmed the location would have everything ready, but on arrival, the clerk seemed confused and unsure of our booking. The clerk also needed to take down all of the information we had already given over the phone, and ask us all the same booking questions that had already been answered via phone. All in all, it was a lot of waiting both on pick up and drop off, and I would have appreciated a much more streamlined experience.

First, when I phoned to confirm our rental I had to call the corporate office. I was moving from Calgary to Edmonton. The woman answering the phone said that there was no record of my rental request even though I had given my credit card information for the rental of the truck 2 weeks before my move. This woman from corporate then arranged for me to rent a smaller truck from a different location. When I arrived at this location I was told that the truck had been rented out 2 days prior to me showing up at this location. Then,the woman assisting us took around 50 minutes to help us. She did not seem to be able to work the computer very well at all, which appears to be quite a handicap as the U-Haul service relies heavily on computers. She appeared to be confused with what I was wanting to rent and had extreme difficulty in the execution of this rental process. Requested that my friend watch the door to the business while she moved another truck to unblock the truck that I was assigned. She also told us that some of the trucks were doubled booked that day. This is certainly bad business practice. With the customer just before us she took about 25 minutes. It was clear that he was also very frustrated with the rental process at this location. One of her electronic machines did not work very well, would finally accept my signature after around the 5th try. She did not go through the truck cab or the truck cargo hold with me to be clear as to the cleanliness of the truck or the shape it was in. I also saw that she did not do this with the previous customer. The one positive comment I have was that her business place appeared to be clean. Overall, I was quite dissatisfied with my entire experience with U-Haul and would recommend that other people who require this type of service to try out other rental businesses for this type of service.

The drop off location was amazingly helpful!!! The pick up location was extremely unorganized and didn't know how to use the computer to sign out the truck to us...but all good in the end

After my first "guarenteed reservation" location let my reserved truck go before I arrived, I was thankful to have found this location with trucks available. The service was great and although check in took some time, the ladies were friendly, informative and helpful. I dropped off after their closing time and the owner stayed behind to behind an extra 30 min to help me return the truck properly. Such thoughtfulness and attention to detail - it is appreciated!

The vehicle windows and mirrors were too dirty to drive without cleaning. They have signage that indicates they are part of the free box program however had no boxes

Make sure the Marijuana is removed from the Cab of Truck. The pickup location said they had cleaned the truck out. When I got in I detected the odor of Marijuana. I crossed the U.S. Border and thankfully they did not search my vehicle or I would have been in BIG trouble. I am very dissapointed with this. I would like a call from corporate to discuss. Thank you
