The renter was arrogant, rude, unprofessional and neither printed my contract nor did he meet us at the location of the truck to do a walk around inspection with us. The truck was dirty and smelled of dog and blew animal fur out of the vents when the air was turned on.

All in all was a pretty good experience... checking in and getting the truck took longer than expected due to technology problems on the locations end.
