The location was fine the truck was fine my issue was with the mobile pick up The instructions were not clear, there were steps I could've EASILY taken before arriving to pick up my truck. The “awaiting approval” took over 30 minutes and I was on hold with your support line the entire time, not once making it through to a representative. It was only when they called the person i used as a reference that I was able to speak with someone who told me I needed to refresh the page, something I didn't do for fear of losing my place in the awaiting approval queue. It was 8am on a Sunday and I had almost no help, who knows how long I would've been left on hold. The mobile pick up needs to be streamlined and ensured to work in locations without the best service. You need more support staff to handle incoming calls and I was really just frustrated with the pick up process. The billing process is also confusing, but you provide a necessary service that I am grateful for.

The owner Steve is rude. Very unwelcoming. Made me feel like my service was not welcomed. I'll save my self dignity from saying what and how I'd like to explain him. I use UHAUL yearly but will NEVER ever use this location again.

The cab of the truck had suffered a medium level coffee explosion from a previous renter. Disappointed that it hadn't been detected since the stench was quite noticeable as soon as you opened the door. We would have exchanged it but were under a time constraint.

This was a self-drop off location for me and I had great instructions/tips from Uhaul personel Arthur in Salem MA. The site is self-explanatory (where to park, where to drop keys), but there was not enough cell service to carry out the self-drop off. The customer service UHaul rep was absolutely great and I was able to leave the truck safely and drop the keys without worry.

Clearly verbally Express gas rules, mileage rules, and cleaning rules BEFORE client leaves with truck, like at sign up. Avoid mistakes that way..

The People that rented the trailer where great. The location is awesome. the lot size gives lots of room to hitch up to the trailer. that's where the good stuff ends. Below is about the experience with uhaul and its customer service. not a location. The trailer has messed up first gear in my personal truck. the brakes started pulsing. and bogging down my vehicle. tech came said he couldnt find anything wrong with trailer. then he asked me to attach it back to m vehicle and drive it with him. i tell him i will if he lets me video him saying thats what needs to be done. He refuses and i ask would he hook it up to his vehicle again. he says no. then i go over to the trailer and point out the bent braking system mounted to the top of the tongue. To which He says " oh i didnt see that " then goes oh yeah thats whats wrong. So now im on the phone with roadside and the tech with me. both now not on the same page as he turned in his report saying he found nothing wrong with the trailer already. They say the trailer is fine but the tech wont attach it to his truck and leaves to get a flat bed. As he wouldnt attach it to his work truck for fear of messing up that transmission too. Now mind you, since this happened, I was not able to bring my first load to the location it needed to go. Also I was not able to get my second load. Plus I had to borrow a work truck to move the remainder of my stuff. The lost items can never be replaced. How do I replace a picture my 14 year old made for me when he was young. must also be noted when I called uhaul for help i was on hold for over an hour. to the point that I had someone drive me, as my truck was not getting driven. We got all the way to the uhual location before the call was finally answered. And still for this i was charged full price. SMH. all this to a single dad of three trying to bring his boys closer to family and a support network. Thanks for setting this family back our only vehicle and some of our possessions.

Online pick up doesn't stream well. Allowing to upload a photo is better than taking one. Each time it would disconnect me while trying to use the truck pick up feature. It was so offputting I didn't bother trying to hassle with it again to do the drop off. Until the online process is better working with the people at Peterborough Collision would be faster and easier every time. I had excellent help and direction from the staff there. I highly recommend them!

Clean the interior of the truck before renting. It was filthy - it made solar glare on the windshield nearly impossible to see out of due to the filth.
