Upon drop off they told me that they wouldn't accept the truck due to no space and asked me to drive it to another location. On my way there they called me and said to bring back the truck. So many inconveniences with this booking. I used uhaul 4 times and this will be my last. I rather pay 200 more for Penske and no hassles.Joseph Minh N.

Pick up was efficient and professional. However, they were picking up where someone else totally dropped the process. My truck and trailer were reserved on April 27 and on May 28, I received a call from Pete's Auto Care asking if I knew that my truck pick-up had been moved to their location and if I knew our tow trailer had been cancelled. I did not!!! They worked hard to get everythihg rescheduled and resolved. They were wornderful!Lisa B.

Truck was clean enough, but not super clean. My one complaint is that the driver's seat did not pull forward, so at 5'3" I had to sit on the edge of the seat the entire drive in order to reach the pedals. Not sure if this is how the truck is built or if that seat was stuck.Julie K.

the location for pickup is wrong and a gps tag could easily be placed to show it behind the michaels store in the alley. the checkin process requires a lot of pictures and steps that should be done by uhaul. the threshold for "damage" was unrealistic. they ask you to find any little scratch on the outside with no "x" sticker. many markers were placed on locations where scratches were so minor you couldnt even see any damage or they were probably just dirt scuffs that washed away. once we finally found the real location of the truck and checked in, 30 min had passed but they didnt add that to our 4 hour time. instead we had 3.5 hrs. returning it didnt take as long but still more than a regular uhaul store. If you do the virtual locations, add an hour to your plans.Derek D.

The location was very hard to find. There are also no signs on the building or address where the equipment is returned. I would have never found it without Google Maps. Also, because the area where you drop off any equipment is so isolated, the location did n even know the equipment was returned until two days after it was delivered.Rod S.
