First location we went to I had a reservation for over a week and the place was closed with no trucks. The second place I made a reservation to didn't open until 30 minutes after I checked out the truck so I had to wait for keys.Armando A.

While the place i picked it up and dropped it off was fine. I have serious problems with the way I was treated . I made a reservation on the one of slaughter to pick up the trailer. Tgey said my reservation pickup place changed.. They sent me to a store off 290. The guy said they didn't have any and was beyond rude. He said my reservation got moved to another location. When I asked him to call the location to see if they had it , as I had already been through this once,, he picked up the phone pretend dialed looked at me and said they were not awersing. Very condensinding btw. At this point I had to drive home and call corporate who told me the guy I just talked to canceled my reservation. They ended up crediting me 50 bucks but I had to drive 40 miles to get the trailer Adding 80 miles to my already long planned drive for the day hence the trailer and reservation in the first place. This was a really bad experience over all. The 50 bucks back barley covers the time and gas I was sent on a wild goose chase for a trailer I personally walked in a week before to make the reservation for. That being said the lady I got the trailer from was awesome and helpful. Yall just didn't give me a place to write about the reservation problems. Please call me at 512 9171729 .JOHN S.

This location was very helpful, and tried to help us resolve the overcharge, but could not because the overcharge was entered in Good Life's computer and not theirs. They showed us where the number was to call to get this resolved and acknowledged that we rented a 5x9 utility trailer which was listed at a lower price than what we were charged.NANCY ELLEN S.

There was a mix up on the vehicle and keys and it took a while to get figured out which one I was suppose to take. I tried the key in two vehicles without luck. The lady kept trying to work on the transaction on a small cell phone. She told me it had a quarter tank of gas and to make sure that's what it had when I returned it. The truck cab had not been cleaned.David H.
