The owner was 30 minutes late to open. The ramp and the inside of the truck still had some broken glass on it. We had to sweep it up before packing. The hood of the vehicle was not all the way down, which I did not realize until on the freeway.

Business was not open at the expected time. Would have been fine with 15/30 minute delay. Was 1 hour 40 minutes late renting my truck. Also corporate overbooks rentals and I was left with a truck half the desired size.

I was charged an after hours service fee. The equipment was returned on time. When I called the store to ask about it, I was told that I never checked it in. The store was closed on Sunday, the representative never told me I needed to check it in or I would have. When I questioned him about it all he said was take it up with uhaul. I'm sure you can pull up my record and see that I have rented from uhaul several times and have never had an issue.

I would not recommend picking up from this location at all! The business is hoarded with junk everywhere. We had to climb over boxes to get out the back door

Everything was good until they charged me 50.45 which was correct, but then turned around and charged me 120.00 for some marketplace crap.
