The pick up and drop off process was excruciatingly ridiculous. It took way too long and the u haul app SUCKS. When returning the truck the app kept kicking us back to the beginning so we called the 1800 number and were on hold for over 20 minutes. We finally got the system to work on our own, no one ever answered the phone.Dylan S.
Better windshield wipers, and an easier parking situation at pick up location. It was difficult to park the U-Haul in the narrow parking lot. Everything else was fantastic!John S.
Tried to return our truck at 1pm. Office door was locked and no one was there. Tried to call but the number was for a different business. Truck was dirty with mud all over it when we picked it up. Left the dolly in the back of the truck with the furniture mover. Will never use that site again.Nicolette R.

Standing in the freezing rain taking photos of my uhaul while trying to read tiny print on my iPhone without glasses is, well, bulls**t. I'll stick with another dealer down the street instead -- where a live human being takes care of everything and the whole process is easy.BENJAMIN T.

I thought this location was excellent. The U-Haul app left a lot to be desired but the woman at the Destiination was able to save my experience because she was so knowledgeable. She was very friendly which stop me from being angry at the web version of your app. I highly encourage do you have a corporation to tell people to download the app to their phone and do not use the web over the phone.andre B.

THE problem was the on line site. It took me 8 different tries and had to call 800uhaul # to get logged in to fill out info before going to pick up the truck. I stared an account and every time I logged in it told me I had no active contracts, I did, even putting in contract # did not work until I called 800uhaul.. Also ckecking in truck was the same experience, app would not recognize me or phone or email or contract # again I had to call 800 uhaul # to check truck in,,I had asked to be able to drop off Sunday at a site that WAS open and also 2 miles closer than where I was sent. my request was not honored. the truck itself was fine,drove well.Albert L.
