Make sure your agents are honest and well informed. I inquired about dropping the truck off there instead of Tucson, where it had been scheduled to be dropped off. I told her if it cost more, I'd drive it to Tucson. She assured me that there would be no additional charge. Later, I discovered that my credit card had been charged $800. I called customer service and after being on hold for 30 minutes, told the agent what happened. She said she'd open a file for a claim. I haven't heard anything since. I plan to ask American Express for a chargeback because I was led to believe that there would be no additonal charge.Jeffrey H.

Got there at opening time and had the wrong ball on my truck. Man there lent me his only to get hooked up and relize the wires wouldn't hook up. Man lent me his adapter to burrow. He was very nice and professional.Daniel Paul H.
I felt so bad for the clerk. She had never provided a u-haul, so she was not familiar with the process. She was calling her boss who was not answering. She did her best and made it through the process eventually, but it was not very organized or efficient. Clerk not wearing a mask, and the only other customer (in the very enclosed store) was not either. This after I provided all my information on what U-Haul site claims will help with the process of checking the truck out with little to no contact.Christel B.
