When I set up the reservation for the truck online, I selected Adam's Service Center at 126 E Division Highway, Lititz. When we got there, there was no truck and he said this sort of thing seems to happen many times when customers rent trucks with him but there are never any trucks there. Purely by luck, calling other U-Haul places in the area, we discovered that our rental was moved to Ray and Randy's. I was never notified that our reservation was moved. It was not a good morning trying to figure out if and where we had a truck. Once we got to this other place, everything went great. I do not fault either location, but I do fault U-Haul for not telling me that the reservation was movedANDREW D.

Bring down the price, and all the B. S. taxes that are tacked on to the bill! Allow folks to keep the truck for a week and not charge them $40.00 per day extra. Not everyone has a bunch of people to help them unload some of us are older and cant do what we once could. Please, Be kind.rick K.

I was told I was setup for online checkin when I arrived at 4:30 (closing time). No problem. Except I never received a link for the checkin and staff had made absolutely no effort to confirm that. 2 phone calls to Uhaul support and 45 minutes on hold till I finally received a link. I was not a happy camper. 2nd person I talked to on 2nd phone call was awesome and needs a raise. First person I talked to on both phone calls was no help whatsoever and would maybe be better off working at Burger King.Keith M.

The only issue I had was that I tried to complete everything online so I could pick up the rental without going into the office. Following the prompts on my cell phone, I was told that "an agent was reviewing" the rental and would be with me promptly. They were not, in fact, an online agent never came available, so I went into the office to complete my rental which was done quickly and efficiently by the rental location.Thomas W.

Was sent to two different locations in different towns so a total of three towns to get the trailer. There were two lights out on the trailer which I found about three hours into the trip. Traveled two nights with lights burned out not knowing this condition. Price was also not as quoted it was much higher. Upon arrival here at final destination I was charged an extra day on the use of the trailer even though I was a day early. Not a good experience by any means.John H.

I rented a 15 foot truck with over 127,000 miles on it. Very rough transmission, not a pleasant ride at all. It was clean but this one might need to be retired soon. I'm very thankful we were not going a long distance in it.keith K.
They told me they called the day prior to confirm and move time, but I never received a call or voicemail. Uhaul online changed my time and when I called them they we rude and said they couldn't help because they had no truck to give. However The location made phone calls to the people with the truck and allowed us to get the truck quicker than the online company quoted. To be clear - the reservation process and office staff were superb. They were professional, polite and efficient. Our problem was with the individual who connected the trailer. My 22-year old daughter picked it along with my 20-year old daughter. The man who hitched the trailer, they believe his name was Tom, was rude and condescending- literally laughing at them for their lack of knowledge regarding vehicles. While the office staff had masks or protective shields, he had nothing. At one point he reached into my daughter's vehicle, coming within inches of her, with no mask, in a manner that made her extremely uncomfortable. So- A+ for the front-end service, F for the back end. If I could split my ratings above to reflect this, I would.Thomas F.

I was not told that the original return location was unable to â€œreceiveâ€ my rental vehicle because of its length (26')... consequently, I was sent to another location and had to arrange for another ride! The reason I say no to the above question about the equipment and maintenance. The truck was clean and the interior was clean. The truck ran like poop that was terrible. I also had the hand trucks break loose from the zip ties in the back of the truck and it went banging around. I'm sure I was charged for it even though I tried to contact them several times.Kevin L.

You should have a frequent renter's club loyalty program with express in/out. Cheap to do and great marketing tool + convenience. Maybe for customers renting 2X more/year. Suggestion. All was good van was brand new. Thanks!Robert W.
