I had reserved a furniture dolly in my reservation but they did not provide one. It wasn't just that they didn't have one, it was the guy working at this location couldn't care less. I was doing this move alone and needed the dolly, he made no effort to help me find what I had reserved from him. It took me several hours to locate one in another location. In addition, I was surprised to have been able to drive awy with this truck without ever showing my ID. Someone could have walked in off the street and made off with it. Finally, the truck itself was not in good condition at all. It clearly had not been cleaned or serviced recently. This was a terrible experience at the pickup location and I would not tecommend them at all. The fact that they let me leave without showing my ID is egregious incompetence. I have been a great customer of UHaul over the last 20 years but this experience was so bad I will explore other options next time.John K.

Not a good location for pickup/drop off after hours. Had 5pm pick up time but didn't finish uploading all documents pics etc and actually get to leave with truck until 530. Poor cell reception? And still had to return by 9. Not good. Would use again for in person rental.WENDY S.

Other than a very dirty floor in the cab, the truck was clean, gassed, and ready to go. This location is not open weekends but pickup using my mobile worked well. It was a little time consuming but reasonable. The exact size truck I ordered was available.Brien M.

The desk attendant was not very friendly. He told me to unhook the trailer and I told him I was not sure how to do that. I went outside and fortunately another person helped me. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the desk person. It was early in the morning so I will give him a pass.William N.

Truck was almost brand new, everything was in good mechanical order and well maintained. I've used this location as my local mechanic when needed, and I will certainly use this location as my uhaul distributor if and when needed again.Cody D.

When picking up the truck it was smooth an easy had the truck already warmed up due to snow. My only issue with the entire process was rather I never received the dolly needed to move appliances.Emily G.

The only person at this shop that knows to rent uhauls had left for the day. There was nobody to sign me out . I had a reservation but yet stood in parking lot on phone on hold w uhaul for 45 minutes trying to get checked out!!! Very poor service. Never again.LORI C.

Price quoted online by Uhaul was under $20. After I booked, price showed $24.95. Not a big deal. When i picked up (Friday afternoon...too late to shop around) the price was about $35. This is nearly double the quoted price. Why is this??Dave C.

I was waiting over an hour to get the codebox key. I really feel chevking my references etc. Should have done b4 i arrived. Also, i think the gas should have been left full and the i fill bbn it on return.i had to giess how much to put in and it wouldnt have been $5 per gallon of gas. Thats bs!Tammy B.

The guy should have told me to return the truck with the same amount of fuel it had. I was charged a $30 fuel service fee, and I was overcharged for the gas. $56.25. The truck had less than half a tank, and I returned it with a little under empty. Not once during the rental process did anyone tell me return with the same amount of gas. If someone had I would have done that saving me the cost.jake D.

Truck needed a new alternator. And wasn't really cleaned out in the cab or trailer. And was at 3/8 of a tank, not the marked half. But the pick up process was fast and smooth.Christopher K.

A designated parking area for Uhaul returns would have helped. I did find a spot to park it, but would have been tricky in a bigger truck.Deirdre E.
The location and emplyees were wonderfull but Uhaul made a mess of my reservation over and over, I had to drive for over 2.5 hours to pick up my truck and trailer (in different locations) because uhauls guarantee that it would be there was BS. The guys at Rich's helped me tremendously, but I wont use Uhaul again.DAVID A.

I wouldn't because they charged us 14.99 for insurance we told them we didn't need. We have full coverage on our car that would have covered any accidents on the U HaulPatty L.
I received a text message stating that I must call to confirm my appointment for pick up. Several calls went unanswered before I showed up at my scheduled time unsure if my reservation had been canceled because I had been unable to confirm. Additionally, I had reserved one moving cart which was unavailable and not mentioned until I asked about it. I then had to call several uhaul locations which also did not have my reserved equipment. I eventually purchased my own moving cart at the nearest hardware store. Finally, after picking up my reserved uhaul, the drop off location which I had selected was changed to a location 45 minutes away from my destination. I called uhaul to have my drop off location changed to the one I had selected, and I was told that this was not an option. I was given a new drop off location in a similar location to the one I selected. When I arrived at this location, it was closed with no access to the property and no key drop box. I called uhaul again and asked if there was any other location to drop off the truck, at which time the location was moved back to my first/original selection, which I had been told was unavailableMichelle M.

I had to pick up the car dolly in another location from the Uhaul Truck. I was under time constraints and it made for an extremely stressful situation. I ordered the car dolly and the truck at the same time 2 months ahead of time and I still was extremely inconvenienced. I had to pick the dolly up 30 minutes farther away then the Uhaul truck.mike G.

The guy at the pickup location was fine, but the truck was left a mess by the people using it before me. We had to clean all of their garbage and half empty food containers and bottles out of it before we could even get inside the cab.Maria B.

Originally booked at a more local U-Haul location. Notified a few days before by U-Haul that truck would not be available at that location. I was so pleased with the phone call. The problem was that when they rebooked me in Scotia, NY, they did not tell me this was not an automatic pick up location (No check in). Waited and waited. Then had to call U-Haul to change the location. Lost a few hours of our move due to having to go to yet another location. Rick 's was great. Will definitely book with him next time but major inconvenience having to go to a 3rd location to get a truck. Nothing ever seems to go smoothly with U-Haul. I keep hoping that each time we book that it will go smoothly. Hasn't happened yet!Christopher L.

I requested 2 utility dollies and received none and I noticed after I signed the contract my daily rate was 39.99 per day I was originally quoted 29.99 per day for the 17 foot truck so I had to take money out of my own pocket and spend alot more money on purchasing a utility dolly instead of your daily rental charge was a lot less then what I spent very dissatisfied customer!KEN Y.
The location I rented from was not even open during their scheduled time for us to return the trailer. My father had to pull the received from his truck to be able to leave the trailer. I have called UHAUL cooperate to complain.Harry D.
I noticed the sticker by the side of the door that stated a discount for veterans and spoke to the guy about it.He told me his dad was a Vietnam veteran. I stated I was a Gulf War veteran. I did not receive the discount. I will be going some place else next time. The equipment is good and in good condition. Prices on cars are reasonable.McKayla K.
