Check things very well, as I could do not . I had to wait a long time at the rental sight, I felt rushed as the agent said -U-Haul computer site was not working right. It was not his fault, but it was stressful & other clients were there waiting, too. The one -way price was a shocker!linda W.

The mobile phone check-out was problematic in that I turned the truck in and later when doing the checkout, was informed by the app that I needed a picture of the mileage and fuel gauge. You need the key to the truck in order to see these. Unfortunately, these were already turned in. Luckily there was a very helpful man there who had to go back through dozens of keys to let me back in the truck to take the required photos. This took 20 - 30 minutes. All this, to save a $20 checkout fee, despite the fact that the truck was returned clean and with a full gas tank.Robert G.

Have the truck and trailer and blankets ready to go. Don't make customers go down the hill to get their own trailer, don't make customers dig through multiple trucks to get the blankets they need.John C.

I arrived at 8:55am. To pick up my scheduled truck. I introduced myself. I was told I will have to wait till he can help me. I waited patiently then 2 other customers pull up. He begins helping the one customer check in. Then the other generation even though I was there waiting first. Needless to say I was leaving with my rental at 10:00 a hour later. I have used U-Haul often none of my experience has ever been. When I return the truck he seen me walk in. He just kept talking to a guy even when I told him I had a return. The customer service here was horrible. This was a convient location but I would be willing to drive further before choosing this location again.Judy P.

Well I had reserved a 26 ft uhaul and I got there and it had a flat tire and ended up getting a 20 ft and it wasnt big enough for what I needed but I made it work other than that it was okBobby D.

Ihad no issues with the car hauler other than it shook like an earthquake at the reccomended 55mph. They should be balancing this equipment. The other thing was I received an email stating a different drop off facility then what was printed on my contract. , threatening overcharges. I had to chat with a CSR in order to rectify my concern.Michael M.
