It was an hour further away from the location than where I was supposed to pick the trailer up. So I had to drive an additional two hours more driving to get it. Fix the reservation system. They also didn’t have the furniture pads and clear wrap I had ordered.

Dealer was 30 mins late for scheduled pickup. Truck had no gas cap and drivers door was sprung and difficult to close correctly.

When an individual rents a U-Haul from Dodge City, KS because he lives in Cimarron Kansas which is 19 miles away and is informed the day before pickup that the trailer is to be picked up in Kinsley, KS which is 55 miles away. I made this confirmed reservation well in advance in plenty of time to let me know what to expect - not the day before I'm about to make a 919 mile trip to Cedar City, UT. I had to wait at the pick up location an hour for someone in charge to show up. Not a very good experience.

The trailer was not clean and the door would not latch because an old lock was stuck in the track. I had to tie the door down until I figured out why the door would not latch.

Brad was the clerk who was very helpful in checking on our truck and car dolly. He gave us exact location drop off instructions and was there on a Sunday when we dropped off the truck. Again - a very nice and knowledge person to keep our rental experience very good. We found it easy to find and drop. Thank you!

When picked up an appliance dolly was reserved and was not in the truck for self pick up. Truck was not at same location as keys.
