Owner was very rude and swearing at me tell me to leave the store because I told him about the rental was low tire n suspension was off n he told me that I am f..,,,, entitlement so get out and never come back or I call the cop he was getting pissed off n we calm about itJOSEPH H.
The pick up location was fine, it was the drop off that was difficult. I couldn't figure out what the app was asking me to do and I sat on hold for over a hour just to figure it out. And then I was charged almost double what was said when I was renting it.Mercedes K.

The guy that runs this location should not be interacting with the public. He is rude, curt, doesn't answer his phone, disrespectful to his customers, and has a huge chip on his shoulder. We've done business here often over the years and will no longer after this experience. His Yelp reviews for the Safe Ship are horrible and we are a testament to the same experiences! We had a flat tire three miles into our trip. He wouldn't answer his phone so we never did get to talk to anyone so resolve the issue on our own. We actually tt our Norfolk, NE drop-off location and they were kind and helped as much as they could.Mike B.

The agent was more interested in chatting with his friend on the phone than taking of me.The equipment was in poor order. I think the shocks were worn out and the doors would not close tight so it sounded like a freight train inside the cabin. I was very unhappy with my experienceTRAVIS E.

Let's try sending people to the right location where the equipment is located instead of having to walk 3 miles in the middle of the night trying to make a nighttime pick up. And then that easy checking get your key stuff that took 3 and a 1/2 hours for verifications was pissed Poor.Juan C.

The manager at this location, Matt Ellis, was extremely rude to us during the pick up process. This man also hung up the phone on me while I was asking him where to find a hitch part. So beyond unprofessional. How does this man distribute U-Hauls? He shouldn't have a job.Micah P.

Safeship charged me to fill fuel. I went 19 miles and filled with 5 gallons fuel two blocks away from returning the uhaul 10' truck. Unless it gets much less than 3.8 mpg I feel it's inaccurate. The mark he made on the return receipt (again emailed hours later) also is lower then a picture I took of the odometer when I dropped it off. I Didnt get receipt till hours after dropping off so couldn't question it. Overall nice place and owner just don't like being over charged for something when clearly isn't appropriate.JOSIAH P.
when a reservatoin is made at a location dont chnge those the day before the move. this was not the locatoin that i went into and made my reservation and was no where near me. the staff at this site were fine-- and greatfully they persoanlly called me the day before i was to pick up the truck or i would have never known to go there.Michael O.

This location should be shut down or managed by someone else. The guys who owns it is very disrespectful and has admitted to being a racist to me via email (still have the email as well). I have talk to the area field manager and nothing has been done to correct the situation. He treated me as if I was trash and not once did I raise my voice, call him out of his name or anything you can think of to make a person treat you the way he treated me. I have a couple of videos and a very long email from him trying to cover his self but in the mix of the email he admitted he profiled me and acted upon his RACIST WAYS ! Original pick up time was 7am but thankfully my plans changed and needed to pick up around 8am. Unfortunately the app did not work and this location did not open until 8:35am so I did have to wait. Not very personable, would not make conversation or help explain what went wrong and simply stated the app never works. Will go to a direct UHaul location next time.Joni H.

This location was closed when I dropped off, and the lot was dark, and there's a busy bar next door, which wasn't a problem for me, but might be intimidating/scary for somebody else. I tried and tried to return the trailer via the app, but wasn't able to do it, and couldn't get any answers to help me. I've had problems with that app before - in theory it's a good idea, but ultimately it's infuriating and VERY frustrating. Ultimately, I took photos of the trailer in the dropoff location with time and date stamps and wasn't charged the additional $20 that it said I would be, which was nice. Overall experience of dropoff was a C+.david M.
