I couldn't do mobile return when I returned the truck. The man owning the establishment said he would take care of it. As a result I was falsely charged for gas and cleaning fees etc. The truck was returned with more gas than when I picked it up and it was clean. These charges are bogus. I will be returning to them and WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

As far as I'm concerned, I will never use this service again. The app looks and performs like someone designed it over lunch and getting actual uhual employees to be in their shops to get me my equipment for the move was apparently asking too much. Above all getting charged for said equipment, then trying to get someone to help me disput the claim after being held up all day by uhaul, never got anyone to actually fix the claim. Go figure trifling company, trifling employees... Welcome to u-haul, you haul while we stall.

Interior of this truck was filthy...from melted ice cream or chocolate on the floor. Ashes were in the cup holders, compartments, and all across the dashboard. Then my equipment I paid for was unavailable.

The last person to use the trailer did not sweep out their sand and dirt. I had to do it. There was also a slow leak in one of the tires that we had to have changed in St. Louis. The attending who receives and dispatches from the satellite site should make sure to check every part of the equipment.
