This location is unable to provide dolly's as agreed. So I had to buy one. The dolly cost more than the truck rental.William S.

The truck was filthy and covered in a sticky substance. And the rental process overall was terrible. We came to pick up our vehicle and it hadn't even been approved yet. They needed the info of someone not on the reservation so we gave my momâ€˜s info. They called her and were extremely rude and abrupt. Then we proceed into the location and the cashier says our order is canceled despite seeing the confirmation number and the money being taken from our account. We had to wait 45 minutes to even get a vehicle while the cashier called his boss. Putting us on the road much later than anticipated. Horrible experience and will never use this location againNicholas S.

Truck had over 140k miles and you could tell the truck was old and front end needed mechanical maintenance. It took over 40 minutes to get the truck from the attendant because of technical issues with their scanner. I was charged 2 different fees in error so now I have to contact uhaul to fix this. Only truck available in the time frame we needed for moving otherwise I do not prefer Uhaul servicesMICHAEL JAMES B.

The truck has over 108,000 miles, getting pretty tired. Wasn't in BAD condition, but the drivers side door was hard to latch, needed to be slammed. And the prior renter had not closed the door, so the inner panel was very wet.DOUGLAS WALTER W.

Rt convex mirror was very loose and barely usable the lower tie down on the drivers side was busted off. The exterior of the truck was very dirty. The inside appeared clean. The steering was a bit loose. I am glad I was using this truck local. I am currently trying to rent a truck from Greenville SC to Michigan and am having a bit of a difficult time with your site.Jon M.

The process to check in to obtain the keys wasn't as simple as it was made out to be. I did the 24/7 option and the morning off, I had to get the keys from an employee within the location because the app told me I can only obtain the keys when the store opens at 5am, which does not reflect the 24/7 option and seems a little misleading. More clarification on this would be appreciated ahead of time as it slowed down the check-in process. Otherwise, the process and rental were seamlessJacob M.

The gas station it was at, did not enforce mask mandates Customers did not wear masks, neither did employees. Employees were not enforcing state mandated mask requirements I reported them to the state government Customers using your products may not feel safe picking up keys inside this buildingAddison H.
