The store was closed and nobody was there (apparently for several days). I had to call Uhaul and someone was able to assist me but this set me back by an hour. Delaying our move. Will never deal with that location ever again!

Convenient location and appropriate truck. Was not impressed by the two check in phases. About 30 minutes at home. Thought I was all set. Got to location, truck was there. Then had to resubmit everything and wait for approval. Except I had to track down two references at that time to finish deal. Would have given up except the woman who answered your customer service was no nonsense and got it done.

It was a convenient location. But when I had trouble with the self serve app there was no one there who could help me. U-Haul told me to call the location if I would be late. I had called twice saying I would be late and they told me there was no problem. They did not tell me to call U-Haul to adjust the time, because otherwise the pickup task in the app would not work. So it took a lot of time and a call to U-Haul to resolve.

The agent was not there and nobody could help us for over an hour and a half! Phone agent was unsure of how to get us key access code after 35 minutes. Worst experience at a uhaul location ever!

There was no UHaul signage directing people to the property or where to park and leave truck. Their address included 4 other driveways and buildings so it was very confusing. The key drop box was broken and insecure. Someone could reach into box and take key.

absolutely NOT!!!!!!! We were moving house ,my daughter and I ,her from florida with a uhaul truck n me frm Easthampton!! she had a horrifying experience as truck was rubbish n didnt work,and we both did a tow dolly with a car,hers didnt even stay on n the driver had to stop many times frm florida to ny to keep mkg sr car not gone!!! i ws snt to an indian reservation with no sign took 1 hour to find!!!! we wr exhausted frm loading n didnt nd an idiot who sd we hd to attach tow dolly ourselves cos he ws manning a shop n ckg chicken at the sm time!!!!????1 more hour lost b4 our journey,all in all will never use uhaul again ,all 3 of us,it ws torture equipment ws all old n did not work,n if u cant tell ppl their location so they cn plan its all totally useless,NONONE IS DRIVING LOADS OF MILES JUST TO GET THE TRUCK B4 24 HR DRIVES!!!!!! wise up or close down

this location was closed at the time of drop off.There should be a electronic key recieved when you drop off the truck. Instead that they do not recieved the truck on time.

THIS WAS NOT THE PICKUP LOCATION I REQUEATED NOR WAS IT THE LOCATION THAT WAS ORIGINALLY CONFIRMED FOR. THE TRUCK WAS NOT THE ONE I REUUESTED, IT WASN TOO BIG. THE MAP THAT UHAUL PROVIDED ME TO FIND THE PICKUP LOCATION SENT ME TOO THE WRONG LOCATION!

Clean site but thedrop off person was not there so had to leave info with someone at the site didn't really know how to check in the truck.

The tow dolly had a hole burned into the wheelwell and the tail lights were non-operational. I had to buy my own magnetized tail lights and it cost me an additional $50 in addition to the $75 insurance that I declined but was still charged for. This is completely unacceptable and I will seriously consider other rental company options in the future.

This is a very convenient location. However, the UHaul specialist is not on site all the time and must be summoned. He arrived promptly on my pickup date but could not be located when I dropped off. This was not a big issue as there was someone at the shop who wrote a note to vouch for the drop off time and condition but could have been a problem if no one were there.

Make sure that the rental agents are aware of ALL drop off locations so that it does not negatively affect the customers experience w/ your company. This bad experience will DEFINITELY make us look to other companies to rent from!.

ITS TO LONG TO WRITE FIRST OFF I RETURNED IT WITH THE SAME AMOUNT OF GAS THE REAL PROBLEM WAS WHEN I PUT IT ON HOLD FOR THE NEXT TIME I NEEDED IT. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE AND I WASNT ABLE TO RENT IT WITH FIVE GUYS SITTING AROUND IF IT WASNT FOR THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH ANOTHER UHAUL DEALER I WOULD NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN

Uhaul is rude . And threated me about reporting the vehicle stole without asking any questions because I kept the truck for two days extra ! I will never use uhaul again
