The combination lock with latch on the rear roll up door did not work properly. I spent over 45 minutes aligning the code on the combination lock (before U-Haul store opened Saturday morning) and had to call customer service line for U-Haul. I understand the alignment of the code requires some effort, but for it to open after over 45 minutes is unacceptable. All the while my moving crew had to wait with hourly rate for movers ticking. The same happened when I returned after hours, the combination lock with latch would not work so I had to drop off the key and combination lock in the dropbox. There are homeless sleeping where the U-Haul trucks are kept so did not feel comfortable leaving the dolly in an unlocked truck. Had to drive back to drop off the dolly. I spoke to U-Haul location owner and let him know about my experience, and his response was I check the combination lock and it worked.... "You have to align the code properly..." .... He admitted I am not the only person to complain, and he informed U-Haul about it in the past.... COMPLETELY IGNORING THE POINT THAT THIS RELATIVE SIMPLE FIX WILL NOT BE FIXED AND FUTURE RENTERS WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE FRUSTRATION OF A NON-WORKING COMBINATION LOCK. Upper management should realize this is a simple fix and should be addressed.

GARRY FLocation is good but parking is not stellar. It's too hard to take good photos if the vehicle before you leave and potentially hard to back in large truck when returning. Otherwise very convenient. The truck I rented had a very damaged door (driver side) that I didn't know until I was driving away but the truck did it's job and the agent found it quickly because I did have a reservation for a different location and size truck. I was very pleased with that agents help. She was top shelf.

ROY WUnfortunately the truck I rented along with two others were stolen on Friday night. I asked the custodian if those trucks have GPS tracking devices and he answered no. I believe and suggest installing them on all of your trucks so you can recover the fir people wanting to rent. My brother in law has a large nursery and all of his delivery trucks have them so he can check on them. Thanks

I had an issue with my personal vehicle that prevented me from transporting the equipment I rented and the woman at this location, not only resolved the issue, but helped me load it. I couldn't be happier with this experience!!!

App and online would not let me login, then when it did wouldn't give me the option to pickup the truck. Both pickup and return I had ro call customer service to try and help. Took an hour to get into the truck and another hour to return the truck. After this experience, makes me not want ro use uhaul again.
