I came at 1130pm and didn't not leave until 1am. I used the 24 hour phone check out and everything went smooth up until getting the code to the lock box. I didn't get code or get to do any of the information to make sure the van was correct like mileage and gas. The system bypassed all of that. I had to wait on the phone for a hour to talk to someone to try get code. With no luck I was disconnected. I got the code from live chat after 1 and a half of my times wasted.WALI H.

Horrible, just Horrible. Never had the experiences I had with this move in the 30 years or so that I have used Uhaul. Very disappointed, very sad, was left feeling Uhaul does not care about their customers having a smooth transition and move....Sears N.
This location was dirty, dingy, far out. Uhaul did not have my equiptment together, rather expected me, your CUSTOMER, to drive round trips about 80 miles or 2 hours, to gather my equiptment!! The whole experience has left me feeling that Uhaul does not care to make a customers moves smooth and easy. The truck had problems, so much so I drove most of the way about 50 mph, there were spots the truck wouldn't even go over 35/40. It was extremely loud, I smelt smoke like something was burning, oil or plastic. I HATED THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE and am 56 y/o probably used Uhaul 20 times in my life, this time was the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!Sears N.

Uhaul site told me my rental with tax would be about $1000 when I picked up the equipment my total was $1200 I asked where the other $200 came from he said it was a refundable deposit in which I found out upon return this was not trueANTHONY H.

Uhaul overcharged me on my rental, I have reached out by email multiple times for help resolving this issue and have received no reply.Joseph H.
Be ready on time. Have equipment ready for pickup . Time was of the essence for me. Also, the description of the trucks on line are not very accurate. I reserved a 10' for a one bedroom apartment (minus the living room furniture which i donated) still had to rent a second truck.Sophia B.
I requested a pick up location in Bel Air MD, yet I was sent to White Marsh MD. I later learned from a UHaul dealer on Emmorton St in Bel Air that I could have rented the same size one way truck from him. While the manager at the White Marsh location was nice, the facility was dirty. Also, for a 1,000 mile trip, I think I should have been offered cruise control, which I have been given previously for shorter trips. He did not sell any padlocks, which is why I then had to go to the Emmorton location to purchase a padlock that fit the truck. By the way, the Emmorton location was very clean, well maintained, and the personnel were very friendly and helpful even though I did not rent a truck from them.LINDA O.

While this place can be difficult to identify as a UHaul dealer it is well worth the effort. The folks are fast, efficient, and take excellent care of their trucks. As a LTC in the US Army, if definitely recommend to anyone doing a local move.Nathan C.

The Show and Tell of White Marsh was great. Man working helped me out with the truck, was very kind and funny, and ultimately saved my experience thru uHaul after a reservation disaster that threatened me with homelessness. Classic uHaul! Second time I've used this company that they couldn't find me a truck despite reserving over two weeks in advance.Andy B.

The owner was nice and very helpful, but there were piles of dirt, rocks, straw and 3 shovels still inside the trailer when we hooked it up to my vehicle. The customer prior to me made Zero effort to clean the trailer when they dropped it of.Jonathan U.

Location was fine, though I was unsure of where to park the truck without any designated "truck return" regions. Also, the return process was not weather-friendly. There was a severe rainstorm when I had to return the truck, which made the return process much more difficult (taking pictures with my phone while holding an umbrella against the wind/rain meant that both the truck cab and I got soaked). Some sort of designated truck return area with an overhang (in case of weather) would greatly improve the process.Andris J.

The Show and Tell worker was very polite and professional. However, he was not familiar with the U-Haul. The U-Haul representative never showed up. Overhearing a phone conversation, he had to be woken up and the Show and Tell worker was walked through the set up over the phone. The U-Haul office was full of ants, but the rest of the store was not. I was also given a U-Haul truck with 1/4 tank of gas, which is unacceptable. I also requested a 7am pickup, but was never told that wasn't available until my location was changed the day before my pick up. My pickup location was also changed to be 15 miles further which wasted time and gas. I thank the manager who allotted a few extra miles because it would have put me way passed the mark.Richard A.
