STEVEN MI was to turn in my rental trailer by 12:45 pm, which I tried to do but could not, due to the fact that the office was locked and no one was around. I called their phone # twice asking what should I do, but received no calls back so I just had to sit in my truck and wait for them to return. A note on the door with their return time on it would have been appreciated or a call back telling me what to do.

D DMy only issue was with the lady from the call center who said “uhaul does enough for the military”and that is why they don’t offer a discount. She said that after I asked if uhaul offered a discount to military members.

Dustin PA 20+ hour drive without cruise control is tantamount to cruel and unusual punishment. I suspect that at least an extra hour was added to my trip because I could not maintain a consistent speed. Constantly slowing down and speeding back up also took a mental toll on me as well.

isamar mDo a thorough check of your equipment ESPECIALLY the tire pressure…one tire was 10lbs lower than the rest that were not at the proper lbs either…this can cause tires to become hit and blow out.
Deborah MI was very pleased. The trailer was ready and on time. It had been damaged by the previous customer but I was assured it was notes previously. If there was a method to confirm your not responsible for other’s damage, it would make it nicer.

PHILLIP RNo clear signage when en route to drop off site. Even on Property, only reason I knew it was a Uhaul drop off from curbside is because of other Uhaul equipment in front of the lot. (One 26' dropped earlier that night, if that wasnt there I would not of known)
Bennington JLocation is near a main road. Access is easy and well marked. Trailer was ready when I arrived and in good condition. The people were friendly and very helpful.
David SSnowcap Idaho LLC needs to change their location on google maps. It led us to a different location down the street and we waited for two hours because we had no idea we were at the wrong place.

Shawn SAll telephone numbers for UHAUL were busy with other customers ie National and 3 other UHAUL sites in Idaho Falls The site I picked for the pickup location was automatically change during the data input to some unkown location to me. An alternate pickup point over 50 miles away was not suitable. Finally a pickup only 20 miles awa y was provided. This should have been done in 20 min but took 2 hours to get a vehicle I dont want to do this again
Robert CThe location was hard to find because the address doesn't not work with my GPS - the GPS leads you to a trailer park when the Uhaul location is actually about a half mile down the road.
Scott BThe guy who put on my trailer didn’t even lock it on right to the truck and when I put my car on the trailer it completely detached from the truck. I also reserved a 15foot truck a month ahead of time and when I showed up to the location the guy tried to upgrade me to the 26foot trailer and have me pay $400 more than what I was originally quoted. It took me 2 hours to get the price that I was originally quoted. And I was not given a discount for the extra cost of gas due to the worse gas mileage even though they kept saying I was getting such a good deal. I really hope that you guys can figure out a way for customer to find a secure way for us to reserve a head of time a truck that will actually be there. This location was particularly terrible. I am still confused why I was directed to go 20 miles away to this location for pick up because when I passed by the original location that was right next to my house that I reserved my truck at it had TWO 15 trucks there but for some reason uhal felt like is was best for me to drive an extra 20 minutes away to pick up a 26 foot truck that took an extra 2 hours to get the price to equal my original quote, which made me miss my scheduled check out, and to find out as I was driving my car into the trailer that it wasn’t even hooked on right. I would really appreciate it if you guys could figure out how to make this from happening again!

Ceri LCustomer service called me. Wanted me to take the truck to a different address than I signed up for. That would have taken me aNother 2 hours. Plus more gas for the truck and my ride. Not a good plan for me but great for uhaul co.
