Took about 30 minutes to pick up. Reserved online, but still had to do everything again there. Price online quoted $10 less. Didn't like the surprise of paying more!

was very kind and helpful. Then you wanted us to drop it off further north of our destination. NOT! We dropped at the Shell Station on Hwy 34 in Albany OR because that was on our way home. I got a call on Monday wonderiing why we hadn't dropped it off yet! Wow, it was supposed to be recorded on line when we dropped it. Go figure!

The person Ernie was very rude, he instructed my son to take pic of gas gadge, my son got in car thinking it was for our record, Ernie started yelling at him and said he was wasting his fucking time, my son did not know to take pic into store and show other guy, when I confronted him he yelled at me and said to go, ahead and tell his boss, he was so rude the other worker had to tell him to stop, worst customer service I have ever experienced

First off, the location and its employees were great. They were adament about helping me no matter what. Even when Uhaul’s payment process took 2 hours. They kept trying and eventually I was on my way with a car dolley. The Uhaul website however, refused to acknowledge that my ‘72 Lincoln would pull another car, which caused this whole fiasco. After a few calls to Uhaul, we finally got everything worked out. The Uhaul employees were great. Might want to work on your website, though.

No I would not recommend this to a friend bathroom is absolutely hideous there are pictures if I could attach them I'll try. Looks like I don't see a way to attach the pictures however if you respond to my email and you must have that then I can attach those to a different email I recommend a complete tear out of the facilities restroom and a complete do-over. Whoever did him the first time didn't do a couple of things correctly and no one cleans them they're filthy they're awful and they're deteriorated

First of all I had to pick my u-haul up in Lynnwood WA not Everett, then I had to return it ferther away then needed. I should get a refund because the only reason I had to return it to where I did was because they had no trucks. It was out of my way to return it there. Also I rented a trailer to pull a motorcycle and when I returned the u-haul they didn't even have my two contracts together, took almost 45 min to check in u-haul and get the deposit back from the trailer. I also returned the u-haul with more gas then it had when I got it.. I think I deserve some money back. I paid $407.00 for this u-haul and didn't even come close to using the mileage you guys said I needed...

First of all, I have rented u-Hauls so many times over the years and was never charged additional fees if I returned a little late. This place charged me an entire additional day even though I had it only 2 additional hours. Then, since I took the safe tow insurance, I was also charged this twice even though. like I said, I did not have the truck a second day. What was supposed to cost me $132, cost me $200. I will never rent from this location again.

They had zero supplies like maybe a adapter. You all have the 4 pronged wiring system. Besides that....good.

They did not have truck ready. They didn’t have vehicle inspected. We had to wait for everything to get done for over an hour. Then they forgot to put our dolley in the truck and had to go back for it.

After using the trailer we noticed it was missing the bolt to keep the pin on. The whole thing could have fallen apart on us! Also, when the person helping us was moving a truck out of the way she backed it right into another truck... also took over 30 minutes to run the card and get the truck moved so we could get hooked up.

I rent a truck about once a month, the last time it went smoothly, this time was unacceptable. The person handling the u-haul transactions also had to handle the cash register at the convenient store. She kept helping the other customers first, until i said something. Other customers walked away because they didn't want to wait. The internet connection was absurdly slow. Took over 30 minutes to finalize turning in the truck when i brought it back. Will never use that location again.
