Rundown building with gravel lot. Business hours showed they would be open but they were closed and they changed my reservation to self serve instead of at the desk like I ordered again based on their hours.

Business was supposed to open at 10am. I was there at 10am for pickup, and the shop was not open. I made 2 calls where I had to leave messages. It was about 1120 before anyone showed up. He had to call for help to issue the unit because I do not have a smartphone. We finally got it ready to go at about noon. On the return, business opens at noon, but no one there when I dropped it off, so I called to let someone know it had been returned. Then, over a week later, I get a call from a UHaul office, wondering if I had returned the unit. I've never had this much trouble with any other outlet, and I will not be using them again.
Brian ANo one there - even tho hours of operation said they were open??? no clear location to park trailers. Lot is uneven, gravel and slope caused trailer to slide in ditch - in trying to save it, I pulled a back muscle. Also, tried to drop off in La Crosse as requested- they would not take and I had to drive an extra hour to get to this place.
Michael GU-Haul was going to make me drive 2 hours from my original pickup location, would have been impossible to make happen, the communication is terrible, app needs improvement, and the prices are too high. Get a grip U-Haul
