Everything was great.
Edward PI don’t know if this is standard procedure but my employer and mother were called prior to my approval. This felt very intrusive and inappropriate and I would love to know why my mother needed to be woken up at 5:30 in the morning to validate that her 35 year old daughter is renting a U-Haul for a few hours. In addition, the app was very buggy and difficult to use. Also, I think it should be more clear that the 10 ft trucks don’t have ramps

kenneth jThe truck I rented wasn't totally clean. The U-Haul app didn't work, so I had to contact U-Haul. They had me use their website. The location said they didn't have anything to do with the trucks, but yet they had the hand truck inside. Operational wise, the truck worked great.

Jordan BHave your merchant stop adding charges. I reserved online and confirmed I would pick up using your app. When I got there the app would not work so went inside. Representative said I was good to go and gave me the key. It was not until later I saw there was a $14 insurance added that I did not accept online. Called merchant and was told I had to dispute with u-haul since I had already accepted the billing. I did not accept it, this was added without my consent and I was never asked for advised. I have insurance which covers rentals, yes including trucks.

Deborah RIt was far away from my original rental store....there were only 2 trucks st this location...period. this was NOT a full service location, instead it was a small convience store....in the middle of BFE....
Nancy LTruck has crash damage and both doors do not close completely. Engine idles poorly and runs rough. This truck is a piece of junk. The inside of the cargo box was nice and clean. This is a convenience store and the trucks are in a grass lot. Don't go in the rain.

Irving SI reserved this truck online and opted not to get the insurance on it. At time of pick up, we were told that the insurance was "mandatory" and they added it to our agreement automatically. I was told the charge would be credited to my card when I complained about the bill, but I found this to be dishonest. We also had to travel to a different city to pick up the truck although we made the reservation for our city well in advance. This added cost and time and was a major inconvenience. I know the location issue was not the fault of the pick up location.

Michael GFuel levels were not as accurate website said one thing but the truck it’s self said something completely different and I’m e I returned my rental I was charged and extra 70 dollars for fuel! Even though I replaced the fuel I used I was still charged even sent in pictures of fuel levels would not recommend anyone doing anything after hours or use the app to check in

Robert BWhen we dropped of the truck at 11:30 the lady came outside and yelled at us saying we can not drop off the truck there and would not stop yelling even though I parked it next to other trucks and a sign saying uhaul rentals AND showed her the sign saying 24/7 return above a drop box! We left knowing full well it was a location. Next day I returned to make sure everything was ok and the owner charged me $30 saying the gas was not at 1/4 when I dropped it off. I was already aggravated in our treatment and chose not to argue the fact it was at 1/4! Horrible experience ! Place is a liquor store literally

Paul BI felt like I was overcharged. They charged me for equipment that they didn’t provide I was charged over $300 to move my things from one apartment to another in the same zip code. The uhaul was not clean and wrecked of smoke The uhaul store alerted me at the last minute that they didn’t have my size truck and canceled my pick up and I had to go to this third party person that didn’t explain well and I fell I was overcharged. I would not recommend them

CHRISTINE CTruck was in a field. It was a convenient store and person working clearly did not know how to process. The online could not find place which is why I was forced to go inside to complete. Took over 30 minutes to get it done and no inspection completed as he was like I’m alone but your good. One of the dolly’s were missing and I had to go to another place to pick up and return the extra blankets had I didn’t get refund they chained it would happen at drop off location.

Jacob R-The owner of this location told me I couldn’t park my truck in his location -i was never told that the location was a touchless drop off, meaning i had to stand in the parking lot downloading the uhaul app which inly allowed me to return the truck but wouldn’t accept the tow trailer
Verlon AWhen I arrived the location owner told me I couldn’t drop off there, and told me to find another location, despite my contract saying i would be charged additional fees for dropping off anywhere other than this designated location.
Verlon ABetter assistance with the person helping on the phone. It took over an hour and she was not very patient. Nevertheless, you are awesome.
Dwight VI requested a dozen moving pads and they tossed a stack in the back of the truck not in a plastic bag or anything, I didn’t think to count how many there were so I was surprised when I dropped the truck off and was missing 4 blankets and they guy at the drop off was charging me $7 a piece for them.

When we dropped off the equipment after using it the worker in the store used profanity towards my wife when my wife was trying to explain that we were returning it. I don't appreciate my wife being talked to that way and if Uhaul is going to associate themselves with these kinds of people then I will have to go elsewhere for my moving needs.
