Customer service at this location was very poor. It took us an hour to finish the drop off because this location was closed for lunch(!) and the uhaul web site was not functioning on any of our 3 mobile devices. I called the number on the door. The woman who I spoke with apologized for our inconvenience but only offered to send a message to the manager letting him know I was waiting. I expressed my displeasure with the woman. She was not any help. So we waited. Soon after 1:30 (we arrived at approx. 12:50) the â€œmanagerâ€ returned from lunch. He obviously didn't hurry back from lunch. The first thing he did when I entered the office was laugh about me having to wait for him. When I complained he seemed to assert that his lunch was the priority. I complained further that it was unfair for me to have to wait because the location web site states weekday hours are 9:00-5:00. The â€œmanagerâ€ replied the the lunchtime closure hours are on the web site. They are not. I've looked every way I can. So we began our interaction with him mocking me for my frustration at having to wait, then he seems to make something up hoping it will excuse the poor service. Everything about my experience was great until I went to drop off. The entire experience came off the rails by being so easily dismissed by haul. As though my time (and that of my ride away from this awful place) has no value. There was no sort of apology. Just the bad taste left over from this sad experience. Stay away. The young man that helped us was very nice and professional. He explained everything to us. Showed us everything about the Truck. But failed to mention that the Passenger Window had been broken recently. We discovered the broken glass wasn't cleaned up. I cut my finger on some of the broken glass inside the door area. The location doesn't have good parking for customers,they only have 2 Small Trucks & 1 very small trailer to rent. They don't give you a lock for the Truck so if you return it after the office is closed where are people suppose to put the Dollie at so it doesn't get stolen. We returned the Truck sooner than we were supposed too. I got to the location before 5pm their was a Female employee their. She, seen I was waiting for driver to bring the Truck up. She, went in & out of the office a few times. She left just as he entered the lot. Then she came back never said anything to us or asked if we needed help with anything. She, again went into the office. Then got back into her car and left. So, being how there was no place to put the Dollie we locked it up inside the cab of the Truck. Hopefully, the window didn't get broken again. The Employees should do a better job of cleaning the Trucks & the lot where they keep them parked. Before, he parked the Truck back into the same area where he drove it away from. I noticed there was broken glass on the ground. Obviously, from the window that had been broken before we rented it. Which, we again were never told about it being broken. I think they need to move this office to a New location & Employees should do a better job of cleaning what they are Renting out to customers. I was put on hold everytime I tried to get back and find out why my renovation was changed had to go further away for pick up,use my cell phone to get key out of truck,never agreed to that in original contract,took 2hrs to get key,waste of my time&money never use uhaul again!John F.
Why is there a hand truck and blankets in the truck - taking up space that I could be using to move things? That is a waste of space and a complete ripoff of rentable space. I paid for a 17 foot truck - not a 16.35 foot truck with a hand truck and blankets taking up space I can't use.IAN S.
They changed the location last minute alot farther and more gas was wasted to drive there, and the gas gauge went lower once I drove off and I told the rep at the onsite location and he said they would change that for me to show the gas was lower than initially shown on the uhaul documention. I was charged for it, not happyERIC S.

I reserved a after hours pickup 20 days in advance. When I went to pick up the truck, there was no truck available for me. I had to switch to a new location and take another uber ride to the new location to get my truck. I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone.Zachary H.

I was given the keys to a uhaul with a 1/4 tank of gas on the paperwork and once inside the truck it was empty with light on. Below the truck the ground was damp. I returned to the office and per Yesenia, somebody had siphoned the gas out. I was given another truck. I returned the truck and all went well. Now I get the bill and was charged 20 miles more than I drove. I am currently on the phone with a 17 minute wait thus far. I am not happy and would like to be refunded the difference as well as compensated for my time and frustration. This is not the first time I've had issues with renting a uhaul. Something always seems to go wrong on the uhaul side. This is terrible service and needs to be fixed immediately so it doesn't keep happening to people. Yesenia was very nice during my transaction at the rental location. Not her fault at all.Marisa K.
This was my first time using a uhaul. The mirror was popped off the truck and hanging off the truck. So when I was driving it was smacking on the side of the truck and we thought the hatch was open. And then the check engine light came on! Thankfully I think this will be my last experience driving a uhaul. But needless to say, I was crying while I drove it.brittney V.

When I made my reservation I ordered a dolly and when I went to pick up my truck and there was no dolly there and I had to go to another location to get one . People are moving and the last thing they need is to go to another place to do something that should have been taken care of by the uhaul placemarc K.

No parking. Staff was a bit short and rude. I was talking and she cut me off, just give me your ID. No one else was there. Also, on line quote was $14 less than what I was charged when I rented truck.Paul W.
