I rent there all the time to move my artwork and in the past it was a simple process. But this time seemed to be very disorganized and I had to do the process 3 times to truck the truck out. It was confusing and very disorganized. Also the fact that the woman working for you, as my personal information on her personal phone is very disturbing to me and I do not agree especially these days went so much information is being stolen. I didn't like that at all. I want to thank John Carroll and the woman working there for trying to solve the problems and actually following thru. Thank you John for helping me and giving me a resolution. Thank you, John Robbolino

Please give some knowledge of business to Doug and Benny also about the system and not to cheat people. Give the price to the customer what you quote.And try to learn the system properly

Find another location in Bonita Springs Fl. What is the point of completing all the information on line as you requested as to "expedite" the necessary paper work in the morning of pick up, when the employee at the location of pick up makes the paying costumer fill out the exact same info again and will not budge out of her chair to get the keys for the truck, would not go out to check for damage on the truck would not check the mileage on the truck, all because it was raining!!! Because of this employee not doing her job, an hour was spent there in picking up this vehicle. Not to mention the hour wasted that I was paying my movers. Poor customer service is putting it mildly.

The software that the site uses made the process to long for a short-term rental. It wasn't the fault of the staff, but the process. It took about 20 min to complete the pickup process, and this was after I had fully completed the process online when I reserved the Van. The drop off took a little to long since the software wouldn't work correctly.

I would not recommend UHAUL after this. We were forced to pay for five days when we only needed three. We returned on the 3rd day after calling and making arrangements and then the person was not there and customer care told us to just leave it because they could not locate her either. We should only have paid for three days and I want a refund. No one calls like promised!!

The equipment was not cleaned but it isn't their fault since it had just come in and we needed a vehicle right away. The staff was wonderful in helping us get on our way.

The contact person, Amber, was helpful and friendly despite the issues I had earlier that day, trying to get the truck. The reservation I had originally sent me to a different location in Bonita Springs and no one was there to assist me. I waited at least 30 minutes, at the same time I was trying to call U-Haul customer service, which also took over 10 minutes to get through. They finally told me that I was at the wrong location. Just a frustrating day.

Truck was a mess not maintained. 1) Back door gets stuck hard to open and close. 2)passenger door drops and cannot be closed. I had to ask a stranger to lift it so I could close it otherwise needed a tow truck. Driver window handle falling apart. Cab dirty with rice.

I rented a Uhaul truck for this specific location last week. The location opens its doors on Saturday's at 9:00am. I am leaving a poor review on this location because the store did NOT open doors until 9:45am. The staff being late, made me lose time and money, due to them holding the moving team late from starting my move. I spoke to the Facility Manager Amber Smith, and she was rude when I asked what the branch could do for the inconvenience they had on my family and I. Amber did NOT provide any options. I then contacted Mark Soyk, the Area Field Manager to make him aware that the branch opened 45 LATE minutes, and that the late opening had made me lose money with the moving team. Mark Soyk, offered to remove $10.00 from my $72.59 service. The company concluded that a $10.00 apology discount would compensate for the 45 minutes late in operations and for my moving costs.

The new Chevy van recently acquired by this location is a piece of junk. Front end issues. The gas tank settles & i was charged for gas when i put more in than was in it when i got it 2 x! Amber is awesome.
