I am not happy at all, when I rented the truck they give a bill is 88.95 they didn't tell me anything else, and then after I returned the truck,they said computer down they couldn't give me a bill and next day they charge 54.61 More with out a notification, look like they charge what ever they want ,this a very very bad service....... they don't even call me to let me know why they charged me moreSy V.

I made a reservation online. When I show up to the place, I saw four 10ft trucks parked. When I walked in the place, the representative stated he had no trucks available for me. I let him know I had an online reservation and he continued to state that the trucks were down for repair, another truck was a 15ft truck (the place only had 10ft trucks), his internet was not working and he has nothing for me. I called Uhaul directly to figure out my next steps and I was told to contact the dispatch manager. I call the dispatch manager, she calls Sunoco Auto Repair LLC (this place) directly. She calls me back and said to proceed to one of the trucks parked in the parking lot at this place and follow the instructions on my phone. I follow the instructions, waited and received my verification and proceeded to pick up the keys inside this place. The doors to this place were locked and if it weren't for a young lady who was about to walk out the door, they may not have opened the door for me. Once inside with my Uhaul verification on hand, the representative was not happy and told me he will not release the truck until he received a phone call from the dispatch manager. I reminded him again I have all my verification on hand and proceeded to show him but he wasn't having it. He had the nerve to tell me to contact the dispatch manager myself and tell her to call him. I call the dispatch manager who in-turn calls this place. Then, he simply gives me the keys. The customer service at this place is horrendous! Even doing all the leg work myself to the point that all they had to do was simply give me the key, he didn't want to do it and made the whole experience beyond frustrating. He had no intention to help me or even make a two minute courtesy phone call to the dispatch manager. This was suppose to be an easy breeze pickup but that was not the case here. One of the most frustrating experiences I've had in quite some time. Not to mention the time this ridiculous experience consumed!Randy R. C.

Your website is extremely cumbersome. It took 45 minutes to get the truck, even after i ordeded everything on line. The fuel in the truck was not what they said was in it. I took photos and adjusted the fuel and submitted to you. When finished moving i refueled. I was still charged for 4 more gallons of gas for $ 17.00. I want my bill adjusted.John K.
The truck leaked, overnight my boxes got wet in the back end of the truck. The check engine light was on for the full two days I had the truck, the mileage and gas gauge readings on the contract for both incorrect. The shop did correct the mileage and the fuel reading so there was no incorrect charges. But I was very disappointed with the overall quality of the vehicle.Robert N.

This Sunoco location at state and snow could Not rent out the truck I reserved on line. Had to go to the actual U haul location at snow and stumph road to get the rental. Then when I returned they could not enter the truck as returned and as of Monday after Sat rental still have not confirmed that truck was returned . In my opinion this location should not be used for uhaul rentals . Do yourself a favor and go direct to the nearest uhaulPaul S.

Truck was very bouncy and hurt my back. I did not take the truck above 40 mph and I think it needs new shocks. The lady who initially set me up was great but the guy at the counter when I dropped the truck off had terrible customer service. As i walked in with my 10 year old neice he was cussing and carrying on. When i asked for my total he said that it was $650 jockingly and that I would get an email. I love uhaul but this location could use some customer service training. I will continue to go to the traditional stand alone uhaul facilities as I always have good experiences with them.Steven H.

The Uhaul was a dirty, cigarette ashes and empty bottles inside the cab, but the overall pickup and drop off process was very smooth. I reserved a time and input most of my information online, which i would recommend. This place is also a gas station, so refueling before drop off is very easy and convenient.Tanner A.
It took one hour just to put the order in at the location because they couldn't figure out the system. I was not told that I had to replace/pay fuel on top of the $.99 per mile and I was forced to pay for insurance when it was not needed.Scott A.

Employees were not well informed on process. I used the mobile option to make this process "easier". When I went to retrieve the keys, I was told they still needed to go through a process to give me my truck. After waiting about 10 minutes, I got the keys to the truck. I was not given paperwork for my rental. When I returned, I was greeted by an employee who was outside smoking. She asked if I had the paperwork and I said no. She said I couldn't get checked in until she found it so we would look together. I waited 10 minutes for her to find part of the paperwork which had my signature on it. The employee had dated the paperwork 1/26 - I picked up my truck on 2/2. We went through a process to check in the truck using an tablet. She made me stay while she went through the process so I could see what she was doing. Overall this location seemed disorganized. It was convenient because it had a gas station connected so I could fill up upon return, however the experience was not what I generally experience from U-Haul. Additionally, the trucks had several damage points indicated on them.Nicholas T.

Everything was fine with using the truck, our move itself went smoothly. However, the girl we picked up the truck from was supposed to give us a contract apparently which we didn't get, and mark down what our fuel tank was at prior to us taking the truck, which she didn't do. We didn't know any of that was supposed to happen until we went to drop off our truck, and were told by a different lady we needed a signed copy of the contract to drop it off. We didn't have it, the first girl had gotten us to sign and had the copies. The lady we we're dropping off to however had no copy or the papers we signed, and we'd never gotten a copy of our contract with the starting gas amount on it either because their printer had been out of paper all day. It ended up being close to 30 or 40 minutes that we were there, and yet there was nothing the second lady could do, so we had to pay $15 more than we should have. The second lady did everything she could to help us, but honestly I would be very hesitant renting from this place again when we had to pay $15 higher than our budgeted price just for the truck. It might not sound like a lot, but moving is an expensive time with so many expenses all at once. We went with uhaul for the close location so we could pick up and drop off quickly, and the reasonable renting cost. In the end, we were pretty disappointed and frustrated with both.David B.

It was the absolute worst service I've ever received in my life when renting a truck or any type of vehicle for that matter. I had a reservation and was at the location early to pick up the rental, only to arrive and see that they were going to give my truck away to a man without a reservation. The man became combative because, â€œhe was there firstâ€ however, I was the one with a reservation. I had to threaten the store employee with having to call Uhaul for refusing to give me the truck I reserved and the police so that she wouldn't give the truck I RESERVED away. Their system clearly showed that I had a reservation. I truly hope that this issue gets addressed.Stephanie Z.

The truck was in real good condition, consumes less gas and is just the right size that I needed. The service was quick at the counter and we drove off from the garage in just around 30 mins. Was told I can drop off the vehicle at any location. Got a call in the afternoon that I had to take it back to the location that I rented from. I had adjusted my plans based on being able to drop off anywhere. I was told I did not have to fill the tank when I returned the vehicle.
