This is the ONLY place I've rented a U-Haul from where I was actually happy afterwards. No issues with the van, no issues with the service, no issues with the reservation. Just no issues (which is an absolute first with U-Haul). The only thing I would suggest (which has to do with U-Haul rather than this location) is actually getting some sort of receipt or confirmation of the final charges. I didn't receive anything that said "transaction complete....here's how much we're charging your credit card".

Today I rented 2 times, one cube van in Morning, returned, had lunch and again needed smaller cargo van. Paid twice for the day and also paid twice for Insurance. I think it's not fair to charge twice, and learned my lesson. SORRY TO SAY, BUT WITH SUCH BAD POLICY, AND WASTING SIMAR TIME, AS IF I AM A NEW CUSTOMER, AND NEED TO DO ALL STEPS ALL OVER AGAIN, ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO APPRECIATION. NO CHOICE SHOULD NOT COST EXTRA UNNECESSARY AND APPRECIATE ANY REFUND WHICH MAY CAN ALLOW TO RETHINK. FORGET ABOUT RECOMMENDATIONS.

The representative should inform clients properly about returning vehicles after hours. I was just asked to drop the key and rest will be taken care of. Only later did I realize that there is a convenience fee of $20 if someone else checks out tomorrow. This is certainly not good especially for those who are first time users like me. It just erodes trust because of selfishness of some middle man

The after hours pick up and drop off instructions were not clear. The website kept looping when trying to drop the car back. Both times I had to call the help desk (who were great-- Alexis and Jaiyna).

The van was not clean when I took it. There was a 4x4 wood piece lying in the front plus some rusted chain and one other pieces lying on the deck which I left as is.

Your online check in is the worst system...Uhauls central call team were of no help and spent an hour on the phone. Your frontline customer service rep was more interested in getting me off the phone instead of helping. Three different customer service reps later and an hour of my time. The only saving grace was the gentleman at Sweet Wheelz.

Tree branches near east side fence (aside 5th Line) have grown into the lot a lot, making parking slightly risky of scratching vehicles, especially U-Haul ones due to their height. Some cutting would be useful.

I had to wait for truck as pad lock was frozen Truck was not cleaned inside, coffee stains and dusty. With this Covid 19 virus you would think they would have clean and sanitized the inside front cab but they obviously didn't ! They are putting people at risk! Other issue only a 1/4 tank when I picked up.

I got the Truck on rental just for 4 hours on Saturday. Shop was closing at 12:00 PM. While renting i was not told/provided instruction about extract charge of returning truck after business hours. When i got the final bill, they charged $22 extra just because i returned the truck after shop closing. When i am trying to reach-out to them by email or phone there's no response. I am still waiting to get response from them on this.

I rented a 10ft truck and an appliance dolly. It would have been nice to have been offered some help loading the dolly into my uhaul as I was struggling to do it myself right in front of the windows the employees could see me from.

The floor of the van was dirty/muddy. Bought a tarp to put on the floor so furniture doesn't get dirty. Other than that everything was in good order.

Fadi from Sweet Wheelz Auto is very nice and supportive. I didn't reserve a truck. I walked in for a pickup truck but I am not sure which truck I need. When I told him what I was looking for Fadi said a pickup truck doesn't fit my need. I should get a 15 feet truck. He had one but was reserved by someone. He called the customer and left a message for that if he still needed the truck. When waiting for the customer calling back, he searched other uhaul stores and found a pick up truck in a nearby store. And no nearby stores had a 15 feet truck. He reserved the pickup truck for me. I went to that uhaul store but confirmed a pickup truck is no good for me. At this time Fadi called me and said that customer didn't want the 15 feet truck anymore so I can have it. Without Fadi'help I would not have got a truck for my planned moving on Saturday. I very appreciate Fadi's help.

Would have appreciate if renter customer rep mention the complete procedure of off hours returns instead of just show drop the keys in drop box or at-least would have mentioned that please watch video before returning the keys. Secondly it will be much appreciative if more time is allowed between the photos. As when I came to return the truck it was raining heavily and I took pictures and then started the return form by the last or second last page it say please attach the more recent picture. It took me three or four time to go back in heavy rain and took pictures to make it recent. This is very annoying online process process. It will be much better to load all the pictures at once and then fill the form.
