Very Friendly service, very knowledgeable and helpful with equipment. Great experience all around. I very rarely give a 5 star rating. Both transactions, front end, and back end on this haul experience were stellar!! Thank you U haul!! Also all the U-haul people I delt with on the phone at the 1-800 number were great as well !!

We had to drive 1hour and 16 min one way and back again. When you are moving. That's valuable time lost. Otherwise all was good. They gave us extra mileage to compensate drive. That was appreciated

No one was there. There was no drop box. I selected after hours drop off. Hope you got the key back. I also wasn't given enough kilometres to make the journey and had to pay an extra $31+! Not a pleasant experience.

Computer was difficult to connect to Web & we were there 35 minutes when it should have been 5-10 max as I had pre registered and paid before I arrived for the pickup

Terry and his daughter were outstanding. Great customer service. However UHaul corporate could do much better. I called about my reservation 3 times. Once I was disconnected, once transferred to a random place and then my reservation was cancelled the afternoon before by UHaul, NOT by me
