When I got the truck home and loaded it the truck would not start. The hood would not open, and the right headlight was out. We contact the roadside service and was on hold for over an hour. Then they connected us to another representative, and we were on hold an additional hour. Then she informed us it will be an hour 30 minutes to 2 hours before someone would be out. After about 2 hours he showed up to tell us he has to go to OReillys to get a new battery and new head light. That took another hour. I paid you $523.60 and the service you provided did not meet timely expectation. I had to miss work and pay movers for showing up because it was not their fault the furniture was still in Texas and not Arkansas at promised time. I also had to call in for work because I did not make it to my desitination until 1:45 AM the next day. Please reimburse me a percentage for this issue due to your truck not working.CHESTER G.

The location in Terrell was decent but the lady owner was a little rude, her husband was nice and professional so he smoothed everything over. The drop off location on Kiefer was one of the most unprofessional and rude experiences that I've had in a long time. The gas station owner acted as though he didn't know what he was doing, would not give me steps on how to turn in the truck, entered the wrong mileage on his phone which would've have charged me hundreds of dollars had I not caught the error and did not have a working printerâ€¦ I want a hard copy of my receipt. He also told me that I can leave and drop the Uhual off somewhere else after raising his voice in front of customers and not providing a receipt. His Uhual business needs to be shut down, he is incompetent and has no customer service skills.Eugenia L.

I called later in the day and the lady that replied to me called me back promptly and gave me all the info needed for turning in the truck to them and was really easy and simple for me to get done. By far easiest move.JAXEN H.

Not sure if it's a miscommunication between uhaul & the storage company but the property was gated & required a code to get in to drop off the truck & keys. I never received a code for the property & when I called uhaul, I was transferred around 3 times before someone finally understood what I was talking about. VERY frustrating. She ended up having to call the area manager to get the code for me to access the property for drop off of my rental.William W.
