Self pick-up was a disaster, the mechanics there were very helpful but the whole online process was a major inconvenience. The customer verification process the requires alternate contact info was burdensome because the numbers I submitted weren't picking up due to it being a foreign number. When it was time to drop the uhaul off i noticed the address changed from the location I initially chose during scheduling pick up. I called Kyle the rep from the pickup location and arranged a new drop off location that was still convenient he apologized and got us a complete refund.Willie T.

I got the truck on the weekend outside of working hours, the process was not intuitive, it took me so much time to start the process and get the approval, just a waste of time. Also I ordered a dolly and it was not inside the truck which make my moving harder and took much time than it should. The gas tank wasn't full, and by mistake I filled it up, I spent like $30 extra above the level that I had to return it back, and I got no refund for that. The key was not in the compartment that it was said it was going to be in. Uhaul gave me a 4 or 5 digit number to look for on the key box and the key boxes were only 1 digit long. So I had to try the code on every lock before one opened. Also, the location of the key boxes were not as described.Mason T.
I have used uhaul three times in two weeks. In this rental I was charged for blankets I asked to Rent even though they were not available. I messaged in advance to ensure that the blankets would be there and received a text message indicating that there would be none. I was shocked that I was still charged and that nothing has been done since to reverse the charge.William S.

The location of the rental and the local two were very helpful but your process needs improvement. None of the email/ txt instructions told me what to do. I had to ask the repair shop mechanics for advice. They're really just renting you their parking lot and don't know much about your process. Detailed instructions via email would solve this easily.Christopher H.

When making a reservation, if this location is shown the representative making the reservation needs to give you the combination to the lock box. I had to wait an hour and got bounced around to three different people before getting someone that could help. According to the reservation agent this was the ONLY location that had the size truck l was looking for.TINA L.
I had a very poor experience with my uhaul. I got a half talk uhaul and while I went to return I have given the same. But online application keep me charging for the full fuel tank. So after trying for 1 hr, I finally gave up the application and filled full tank which cost me extra 25$ to fill the tank.Amit D.

I would have the front desk person check the vehicle with customer up on drop off. My only complaint is, I filled up the gas tank and yet I was charged. I called T&K and they gave me another number to call. The guy said he marked another Uhaul that came back empty and billed me. I then sent him before and after pictures. He apologized and is going to credit me. But now I have to wait for my credit and I had to do the leg work to prove I filled the tank. All this could have been avoided with a simple walk thru upon drop off.JAGRUTI P.

I drove just 10 miles and I had to fill 1.5 gallons of gas while returning, does the vehicle have a v12 engine?? Even a Ferrari gives 12 per gallon. Please respect customers money.Jaswanth N.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Mobile check-in was very easy and simple to follow, the franchiser was available and able to help with the process. We even had an issue because we left our personal keys in the truck after returning the key in the drop box, however he was able to come to the rescue and assist! I would definitely recommend this location very professional, thanks again for your assistance!Jasmine W.
