7am guaranteed truck share confirmation. Couldn't pick up until 9am when that opened. When questioned why couldn't we pick up as schedule; response was Uhual knows not to schedule before 9am because they aren't open. Waited 2.5hrs in parking lot to pickup truck. Owner was curtious.Kelway H.

The place was in a very sketchy area. The guy there was very nice but carrying a sidearm on his hip. The truck was beaten up, the windshield cracked on the passenger side and dirty in the back of the truck. In addition, the reservation was messed up twice: the time I needed the truck and they charged me for insurance even though I declined it.SIDNEY S.

Had scheduled after hour pick-up but the remote access app did not work. Called 1-800-Go-Uhaul and sat on hold for an hour - waste of time! I checked in the back of the two 26' trucks they had in the lot and they did not contain the 4 dozen blankets or dolly I ordered so left since I would need to return the next day anyway to pick that stuff up. Returned when they were open and got my truck and car trailer. The truck was dirty and was obviously never cleaned let alone COVID cleaned. My wife cleaned it. They didn't have any blankets or dolly so they sent me to a Uhaul center to pick up. Crappy start to a cross county trip and thankful that I will never use that Uhaul location again.SCOTT W.
The drop of location I was first given was not a uhaul contractor anymore. So I had to go over my alloted time because it was a work day for me. Once my day was over I called them to try and figure this out and they gave me a new location. They said I was late and that it would be up to the stop of location of they would charge me a late fee. I had to speak to a manager not to be charged late fee all in all 3 uhuals screw up cost me a 5 minute phone 25 minutes on hold and had to take it to a new place.Ryan S.
The place we rented the u-haul from told us our rental got moved so we had to travel to a new location farther from our house. This made the rental more expensive as you have to pay $0.79/mile. That seems like a scam to get more money. Also the guy we ended up working with was not expedient or efficient on service. He seemed like he didn't care if we gave him our business or not. Also, When we got the truck, the check engine light was on. Overall, terrible experience!!! Would not use this company in the future.Eric C.

My reservation was for 12:30. My wife dropped me off to the location as she while she was on her lunch break. There was a sign on the door stating that they would be back at 1:15 so I decided to wait. They did not return until 1: 45 and I believe the only reason is because I found a cell phone number and texted it. I would not recommend this location to anyone and would not rent from them if that had the last truck in the state.Terrence A.

Equipment was charged incorrectly, causing my credit card to be charged an additional fee. Equipment was not also put together safely. Stopped at another location where the equipment was inspected. Manager at that location stated that my car, which I was towing could have come off the truck.Micha G.
Rental was processed incorrectly, as a result, I incurred an extra charge to my credit card. Equipment was also not installed correctly. Thankfully another uhaul location was near to assist. Told me my car could have rolled off the back due to negligence of the uhaul rep.Micha G.

I didn't like the fact that I wasn't told it was a 24/7 pick up. It took an hour and a half for me to get the truck. Even the Uhaul Rep from 800 number didn't know until later that it was a 24/7 pick place.BRIDGET S.

This U-Haul shop was not my choice or the one scheduled to me for my reservation. I was scheduled for the one in concord Nc they did a very bad job they had my truck ready but no key and was on the phone with 24/7 service for 3 hours and no one picked up only way I got helped because I went online to chat with an agent I was supposed to get my rental truck at 7 and didn't get it till 12 midnight.Alberto S.

I was overcharged and when disputed I was contacted by email asked for # and when I gave it to someone via email I never received a response email. I was given the wrong size uhaul, wrong price, the gas hand was marked for a lot more than what was actually in the gas tank and even when I submitted evidence that the gas was way below I was charged over $40 more than what I was quoted for.ASHLEY M.
I had issues with being able to complete the online check in process. I called customer service and was on hold for 30 mins due to â€œan excessive call volumeâ€ take note this was at 1:00 am! Customer service was rude and did assist with my checking in process after installing the U-Haul app. Online service was not working from the website. Also a hand truck was not left in the vehicle for use, which I had also prepaid for! I finally left the pick up location about 1:45 am. So it took over an hour in the middle of the night just to pick up this truck!!Charles A.

i made reservations ahead of showing up at concord across from s&d coffee. when i arrived they told me they had changed my reservations that morning. They told me to go to main st locationin . in concord. no one knew where it was. It was in Kannapolis. I was treated very well in Kannapolis. I will no longer use u-haul.John P.

Nothing was wrong with my pick up. Other then the location I asked for, for more reason then one was changed and the 800 that was given to me was rude and very unprofessional. I would have never talk to my dog that way. She told my I should be grateful that I even had a truck and that she could push it out to another farther out location. It was only me and I had to find some one to get my car home.Yolande G.
