Could not find keys for truck i rented. Wasted an hour of my time very disorganized and would not recommend this location at all as they had no clue what they were doing

This location was great, but my reservation was totally screwed up by Uhaul corporate. I had a terrible experience with Uhaul corporate.

I had to clean the truck before I could even use it and then had to clean it again when I was done bc I would have got charged for not cleaning it. And I asked for a dolly and it was not in the truck when I pulled up to my house. I got charged 80 dollars for having it less then 24 hours and 14.70 for no reason and I am negitive in my bank account bc of it.
