Great customer service. The trailer was ready to go when I arrived. Recommendation to U-Haul: include pieces of wood / chock blocks for the tires in case customers want to drop the trailers off after hours AND include chocking in the after hours / mobile drop off instructions on the website.James T.

We were given the truck with no paperwork. We were told to make sure the gas level was the same as when we picked up the truck as to when we drop it off. The gas level was below half a tank. When the truck was given back to the Kingwood address we were told the gas tank should have been full. We were charged an extra $65.00Donald D.

This was actually the third location I was sent to. The first one did not have what I selected and the second location did not return any calls to confirm pick up and availability. When I arrived 30 minutes before scheduled closing, nobody was there.Jonathan F.

If you're living near or on LSU campus, this place would be a good bet. However, I was kind of forced into it after UHaul continually (second day in a row) changed my reservation place and pick-up time. The lot is very small, and the selection of trucks were also very small, but they were clean and the attendant/owner was friendly. Also, if you're worried about refilling the truck, you're right at a gas station to do so.James M.

Front passenger tire had a low pressure alarm; staff person fed back it wasn't their responsibility to air up. Interior had not been cleaned since last user (trash and change from prior user was still in cab). Broken front window was unreported on checkout documentation/ photo (photo was evidently taken some time ago).Heath H.
