The person I dealt with at the pick up location was extremely rude and spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner. He closed his office early indicting that because he is the owner and it was the Friday of a long weekend he could close early if he wanted to (with no notice) When I arrived at the location he was very short fused and blatantly rude which made me feel very uncomfortable.

Love this location. Sad it's leaving but think it's smart for U-Haul to pull out of Timmins cuz it's too expensive for smaller cities.

Tire on the trailer was dry rotted and blew apart on the highway then I called road side assistance who was un able to do anything for me I had to leave my car and your car dolly on the side of the 401 and go find a new tire and rim my self and fix it. so I would recommend proper maintenance be done on your equipment to avoid issues like this also a better network for repair when things like this happen. Not a good experience

I was supposed to have a furniture dolly...when I got home and checked for the dolly I did not have one in the truck.. i called right away as they close at 4 p.m. I asked if he would deliver the dolly and I was very rudely told I was out of the way...it was also out of the way for me to go back Buddy was very rude on the phone..i would never recommend this location and I will never deal at this location ever again!

We were guaranteed a 26' truck by two different sales reps. When we showed up the owner had no 26' trucks and was very defensive. I used the kilometers calculator on the U-Haul website and he charged me almost 3 times the amount. Almost 200.00 when I was quoted less than 60.00. I moved two streets over. The owner indicated if I had a problem to go somewhere else and then said oh wait! I'm the only UHaul dealer in Timmins but I could drive to Cochrane. LOL. He was a real treat.

Our dealer is great too bad you think we are not worthy in the north.I had a auto transporter to pick up tomorrow morning and there were reservations Uhaul came and took all 4 south and their explanation was for us to rent at another location.Our dealer is great your company should think about this.My ratings are four our local dealer as for your company I am truly disappointed

Make sure the dealer's open, had a confirmation for Saturday 8am wasn't able to get because location closed(cost me 2hours of driving for nothing) was rescheduled for Monday 9am and was guaranteed a ready truck. Keys locked in office was told someone would be there in half hour. Nobody showed had to purchase lunch for family and waste fuel idling to keep warm. I got truck key Monday 1130am just by chance when owner came to check on business. Was giving back $50 but the events cost me $100

These 6x12 Uhauls are heavy, hard to lift for a women. Need to have Trailler Jacks on them!

Trailer that i was to pick up had a bent tongue and worn out tires. Luckily there was a second unit being returned and it was all good. Much appreciated the rental location getting the alternate unit but should have let me know about issues with original unit especially when i asked the day before picking it up. Also was advised that the unit in need of repairs was rented to someone else the same day. Not good to put unfit units on the road.

Engine light was on. Not a reassuring feeling. Had to get it checked out at a shop on my own dime.... Wanted to rent a trailer and only had a truck. Had to take 2 vehicles dii ou wn now. Cost me a fortune in fuel.

Your hours are horrible where the trailer was picked up and wouldn't move it to a better location 20 min away. The person at the UHaul local did not hookup the trialer properly and actually came off the hitch on the truck.

The location called the day before my reservation informing me that they were providing me with a 26ft truck, yet I had reserved a 20ft truck TWO months prior. They said they only had 15ft and 26ft. We discussed if a 15ft would work and called the location back (1.5hr after the initial conversation) to see if we could come look at it. It was at this point that we were told they only had 10ft and 26ft. All conversations were not friendly, inviting, or willing to help Why did I make a reservation 2 months prior if I can't get the equipment I'm looking for? This truck is significantly larger and used more gas when doing a 6hr haul

Immediate after picking up the vehicle on the 13th I received multiple texts from the drop off location demanding the vehicle back and at what time I would have it back. I would have preferred to be left alone until closer to the drop off time and date. As well, the texts were unprofessional and short. Upon dropping the uhaul off at the DEMANDED time, not the contracted time, I arrived 15 minutes early to complete the drop off paperwork and the office was closed. The uhaul rep told me it HAD to be back early as he had it rented out for that time but no rep or other customer was at the office. I texted the uhaul rep (who never gave me his name) to identify this was unprofessional and rude and he said “he's French”. This is horrible service overall, a waste of time and to boot, in order to meet this demanding schedule, my boyfriend had to unload late into the night and then get up early to go to work for 4am. This caused interruption and sleep loss to his 14 hour work day today. I will not recommend or use this for any service ever again.

Reservation and scheduling issues with truck even though made One month in advance. Scheduling did well to accommodate. Truck not available at indicated pickup depot. Closest same size truck was 3hrs away.

Get rid of the call center who deals with our reservations. The people there are a big problem in this business! Very unprofessional to say the least. Luckily the guys at the timmins location were able to rectify certain issues.
