Took out $126 did not refund my deposit got over charged and no one contacted me at all. Very disappointed in uhaul commitment for excellent service.

I did not get the U-Haul I had originally booked but she did give me a free day. This happened to me last year when I moved and I never got what I booked . It’s not the Timmins store fault she was wonderful this is a business problem . What kind of fly by the seat pants operation are you Running just rolling the dice if the requested size U-Haul will be by chance there is beyond me. You guys then called me yesterday pressuring me to bring the U-Haul back in Thunder Bay and screwed me royally with a 26 foot U-Haul more in gas and horribly hard to drive and back up and unload . This was brutal and I can’t believe a year later after this happening to me it happened ago. I can’t be the only one

PIERRE LQuick and easy booking. They did charge me a $150 deposit that i was not expecting.
