They did not follow through calling our return in. We received a call from Paso Robles uhaul to let us know , thankfully, so we would not get a late fee. We were able to contact tnt customs before closing and they readily rectified the error.Janice A.

Gave me a car dolly that had bad welds on 2 brackets and I had to exchange the dolly half way through my trip. The brake line could have severed and there could have been serious consequences.denise D.
Better signage. More training for the employees. I was charged insurance even though I declined. The employee was not able to figure out how to reverse the charge. They employees didn't know the equipment they had in their own yard. The location isn't up to Uhaul standards.Dave K.
