clean the truck for one it was trashy in the back and it had the blankets all over the floor which i folded and put back in your pouch. i asked about the gas and he said it had a 1/4 of a tank and what you know as soon as i started it closer to an 1/8 so i had to go get the guy so he could see the gas gauge. next put gas in it like it should have, like y'all want it back with a 1/4 of a tank. the truck has more gas in it than what i picked it up with and it's to expensive to be doing that. i was not impressed with this location and try washing the truck. was not happy with rental at all.Alice C.

Truck was very dirty both on the outside and inside. The cab area inside was ok but the front windshield looked like it had not been cleaned for a while. It had bugs and dirt all over it. Inside the back had a lot of sawdust and dirt. The dolly and mats were not in the truck. Had to spend time driving to another place to get them.tim D.

I was not happy that the blankets I purchased for rental were not in the truck and I ended up driving back to the actual U-Haul center to get them which added miles to my total that I was charged extra for. The person at (Todd's lube center) where I picked up the truck did not explain clearly the gas credit to me. The agent at the U-Haul center did though. When I picked the truck up it was on empty, yet the agent said they had put $10 in it.Larry P.
Almost charged $25 for dirty drivers side floor mat (it was a rainy day)!!! I went back out and wiped it clean in 3 minutes. Twenty five bucks.....seriously??? Not happy about that.Michael W.

I have not received final the bill via Email. I had to change plans for the drop off location on the Trailer the day before I picked it up. I called Uhaul Logistics to change the drop off location for the trailer to Webster Tx and the Uhaul to drop off in Livingston. The Lady said I could change it on checkin this did not work I had to drive an extra 3.5 hours to take the Trailer back to Livingston Tx . Thanks DonDon B.

Didn't hook up the car on the tow trailer correctly. Chains were not around axle and one tire harness came off. Lucky we didn't lose the car or our life.Carla D.

Baylee was the best!! He helped me after another U-Haul that is on Kell in Wichita Falls turned me away after I made a reservation over the phone. When I showed up they had canceled it and the manager David was extremely rude! I got there at 6:40pm. I called before I came because it was close to closing time. My understanding was my phone call was sent to overflow or something which I wasn't aware of tell I got to the location. Everyone but David the manage was willing to help me but David wouldn't let them help me. David said he could get the other manageer up stairs to tell me the same thing. Didn't know there was an upstair????? Anyways thank you Baylee for everything and for your girlfriend for reaching out to you.Christine B.
I do have complaints about the customer service of the uhaul moblie phone number i had an issue getting the uhaul door to close and the first 3 times i called the people who helped me disconnected on there end before i was helped so i was stuck for another hour untill i got ahold of a man who took care of me and then it took one more houe after that to get the service to fix the door. very inconvenient and frustrating that the first 3 people i contacted at uhaul did not help me.Bradley H.

My complaint is not with Todd's or Weaver's. I did not appreciate the fact that my reservation was moved and I was never notified. A waist of two hours and I lost my loading help and had to load it myself. I am in serious pain and trying to drive three hours away at 9pm. Great customer service guys.Cody W.
