Truck was smoking everywhere. Very smelly. Car pulled out in front of me, I went to use the horn, horn didn't work. Truck had lots of visual body damage. Overall not impressed.

Didn't receive an immediate confirmation that we had dropped off timely, but it did arrive by email within 3 hours. Would have felt better with a physical inspection while we were on site, especially since they were open at the time.

Your fee schedule has become absurd. I spent almost half as much as the cost of a new trailer to rent a 5x8 trailer twice. I hope you recognize that your business choices are going to put you out of business. I intend to buy a trailer for myself fiscal year 2020 because it is no longer tenable to plan to rent from Uhaul. Thanks for serving me the last decade or so, I hope your future owners fix your current path, as it is clear your current owners are too blind and greedy to do so.

Make sure a drop off location address is available. None could be found for the town I was going too. I know there were uhaul places there but nothing would come up.

It took over an hour to get the keys to the truck! We asked for 6 am pick up and for what ever reason Uhaul could not get it together! The truck had a less than a half tank of gas and the appliance dolly was rusted and the wheels were not in the best shape. I would not recommend Uhaul 24/7 to anyone! Terrible experience! Next time I’ll just go to the counter and save myself the time and trouble

Had few things left in cab such as bottles and the individual at the front desk said not to worry about cleaning it out. Later in day I received a cleaning fee. In addition, when picking up the truck I was told to just the truck off w/ a similar amount of fuel. I dropped the vehicle off with what more fuel than when picked and received fuel charge. This is the second time I have used a Uhaul vehicle in the last couple months w/ this as a drop off location and the second time this location attempted to find a way to charge me additional money. I’m not how they are getting away w/ this. I’m undecided if I will use uhaul again and I now see why people won’t. But, I do know if something isn’t done to correct this in the form a of a refund for nonsensical charges, I will use uhaul again.

Do away with the horrendous check back in process. It was impossible to navigate intentionally apparently so you could collect your lousy extra $20 "CONVENIENCE FEE". what a total bunch of crap. Google search NO HIDDEN FEES PLEASE

The staff here had a lackadaisical approach to customer service. When I first got there, one tried to convince me that the rate was double the price and it always has been that price. Turns out, he was charging me for 25 hours and not 24 hours. But that was still somehow my fault because I called ahead to see if I could show up 30 minutes early. When I was done checking out, he told me that I was "good to go." And ended the conversation. He did not offer to help me put the trailer on my car or even tell me how to get my car to the parking lot where the trailer was. I have never hooked up a U-Haul trailer before and I think it is Despicable that they would just let someone put it on themselves and not inspected before leaving the parking lot. When I ask for help, he said that he will get to me eventually but he has to check the other customers out. I totally understand that, but the attitude is unnecessary. I will never support this business again. I'd rather take my money elsewhere where they actually care about their customers in the slightest bit.

The U-Haul app is terrible. It broke and stressed me out and almost made me late to meet my movers. Fix the app so it actually works where you can get your key or get rid of the app entirely! The staff at the location were very nice though and helped me get everything sorted out. They were awesome.

Arrived early on a Sunday morning. No one in office. Two U-Haul vans blasting music for two college age kids out on the lot checking in trucks left after hours. Ran down help and got keys to truck.They were taken off a pile on the counter. Started truck, checked gas and departed. Did not realize truck they gave me did not match truck on my contract. Big problem.

Truck was ready at my scheduled pick up time. Pick up process via mobile phone worked perfectly. Drop off via mobile was perfect as well. No issues with equipment and fees were exactly as advertised. Excellent experience all around and I would use the same location again for any future needs.
