The two people that helped us today were incredibly helpful! They made renting the truck SOOOOO easy and quick we were in and out in minutes, they were so friendly to us and even our 3 little kids, I think their names mere Angie and Alex, I will definitely be back to rent a truck in the future, we were going to go to Home Depot but it was complicated and the availability online was inaccurate, luckily it didn’t work out and we went to this U-Haul instead.

BRADLEY AUsing the U-haul app was a nightmare. It was very time consuming and I couldn't upload pictures so I couldn't finish the pre check of the vehicle. Luckily Angie who works at the facility is awesome and took care of it for me. This process has changes since the Spring is not efficient or easy, too many steps.
Christina POn the app I ordered 12 moving blankets and a furniture dolly. When I picked up the truck I saw the orange dolly with the green tie around it and the blanket bag also with a tie around it. I realized later the furniture dolly is flat and there were not 12 blankets in the bag so I did not receive the right equipment. I assumed those were all that was available so I gave them the benefit of the doubt but if what I ordered wasn’t available then I’d appreciate a refund on those items.

KAREN IDon’t rent with this location!!!! They aren’t help their customers when they have problems. I rented for one day and they charge me per 3 days. They charged me multiple times. And sent me a bill in total is more than300$ when I rented everything for 63$ they haven’t help me at all with this. I texted them, I called them I sent emails I don’t know what other thing do!!! So frustrating
LUIS SThis was the most pleasant experience! The gal who helped me reserve the truck was so helpful, knowledgeable & just plain nice. I went back for more supplies, and she was again so helpful. Same with the gal when we picked up the truck. If I had a business, I would want both of them working for me! Kudos! And, thank you!

Heather SCustomer service was terrible when trying to pick up the U Haul outside of the business hours. The app couldn't accurately get my location and wanted me to be inside the building. I lost an hour and a half of time reaching out to customer service and trying to get it straightened out. The first agent the call disconnected and they didn't attempt to call back or further assist. The second agent sounded annoyed that I wanted her to stay on the line while I was navigating self pick up. Overall, it could have been better. Next time I'll probably choose something else considering what a hassle it was.

Steve DThe folks at Towne Center are awesome. The customer service agent whom I called, that works for Uhaul should be fired. Not only was she useless in helping me, not giving me the pertinent information I needed for my problem and repeating back to me what I had already told her, she also raised her voice and was very unprofessional. I hope you have a recording of my initial call and have a chance to listen to it, I work in the customer service industry and would never employ someone with her lack of skills and professionalism.

Keith SWhen I arrived to pick up my truck at 3pm, the office at the location said it was open but it was locked and nobody was inside. The gate to get into the location for self pickup was broken, and wouldn't have opened if there wasn't another guy there who kicked it after I entered the activation code. When I went to pick up my truck, the dolly I'd requested wasn't inside, which I reported in the self-checkin process. The truck had a big crack in the windshield (which I didn't notice until I'd left the lot because it was pouring rain), but there was nobody in the office to talk to about it so I reported that to online chat later that night to make sure I wouldn't get charged for it. When I returned the truck, the woman working there took it from me without any checkin process and I was worried I'd be charged for the dolly that was never provided, but she assured me I wouldn't so I left the truck with her. Then 10 minutes later I got the emailed receipt and it showed a $100 charge for missing/damaged equipment which I presume was for the dolly. The whole process was a disaster and I need you to refund that $100 extra charge - there was no missing or damaged equipment.
Thomas PSuper friendly staff and very helpful. The truck had a broken windshield when we picked it up and the staff was very dilligent in documenting the damage before we drove off the property.

Hugo Lso I ended up returning one more day before I thought but had some problems to where I could not pay the amount and Jenny there put it down that it was going to be a promise to pay it when I got my check to do so, but even tho Angie and Jenny was awesome there is one worker and i dont know his position i guess he is their boss or what have you but his name is Troy Jacobson and it was the next business day whe. I get an email receipt saying the full amount is being taken out of my bank and his name was the one on it and so I called to speak to him and he was the rudest person ever would not listen to what was the problem just said to call the place that I got it from but the amount that did get taken out was only part of it and was told no more will be taken out till I call them well guess again it was taken ok ut of my bank twice but before they could fix it I got slammed with overdraft charges. If you go to get a U-Haul then I pray Troy dont work there. If it wasnt for the office workers I would never rent another UHAUL again. The office workers had it correct but Troy dont care and will charge you no matter what and he is no help. Out of the many times I have rented a U-HAUL I have never had this extremely awesome service before till Angie. She was the only worker and she went way above and beyond with customer service and just how we clicked and everything, and I know I'm not the best customer in the world lol but she was just so patient with me. As long as I live close by I now will never go anywhere else for my U-HAUL as long as she is there.
Lindsey RThis was the best experience renting a truck I've ever had. Angie was so helpful and professional. I rented a truck a few days before at a different location and it was the worst service imaginable. This was the complete opposite. I'll never go to a different location agin.

Angela ASo expensive and for what??? The pricing on the uhaul is VERY misleading. What is the point of paying $1.29 every mile if we also have to fill up the tank? When i first picked it up , the total was $106. I dropped it off and it increased to $148 when i actually drove less miles than i estimated. VERY misleading.

Jarrod SVan was covered in snow and overall process of getting the key and getting into secure lot was so cumbersome. They need to relocate the key box inside the gate so people don’t have to get out of the secure area and get the key and re enter the secure area and walk entire facility to get to the truck. What a disaster.
Kyongwan PWas charged a late fee for returning at 4pm instead of 5pm when it was due. Van did not have the stated amount of fuel, and was charged for extra fuel when returned, even with a receipt. Had to call into support just to get a copy of the receipt as they would not supply one.
