The phone pickup took much longer than the in person store experience has for me in the past. The truck was not very clean and the location was difficult to find.

1. GPS wasn't bringing me to the right location. It said that location was on the left when it was actually on the right behind a small shopping complex. 2. I arrived 15 minutes before the store closed (hours listed on the door) and the guys already put the closed sign up. Tried to talk to me through the door and said I need to get the milage and complete the checkout process. I was confused because I thought that was what he was supposed to do and I just hand him the keys. Walked over and got the milage and put the keys in the drop box. He said I need to finish the process using an app. Which I didn't have the app. He said I have to call the pick up location to fix it. They were great! Helped me over the phone to the best of their abilities and said I was done and everything what checked out. The drop off location called me the next day saying that I still hadn't complete it and told me to call Uhaul. I did and they told me everything was already in order.

I filled the vehicle with gas per the recommended gallons on chart and it was 1 gallon short according to the checkin report. I was a bit frustrated that I was charged the extra charge. Also truck drivers seat would not go back so it was tight driving it.

Paid for a 17' truck with utility dolly, furniture pads and furniture dolly. Utility dolly was not secured properly in back of vehicle and went all over the back of the truck with the first turn we took. Did not receive furniture pads or furniture dolly at all. Called 1-800 customer service number, they called the local location where nobody answered. They left a message and was told I would get a call back prior to close of business. No call back. When returning truck through iOS application I chose an option to dispute the charges as incorrect as I didn't want to be charged for equipment I didn't receive or use. I was told I would get a call back within 48 hours of that. No call back. Called 1-800 number again where they again called the local facility and the person they spoke with didn't know how to process a return so I wouldn't be charged for this. They called the field manager (Richard Henry) who didn't respond and was told I'd get another call back. I'll believe it when it happens. I'd rather rate this one star but they're getting two stars because as I sat here and typed this I received an updated email with a new receipt and the correct charges applied. Would not recommend Tri Village Self Storage Polaris Orange LLC or U-Haul at this point. Nothing but added frustration and stress to an already stressful experience.

Overall, a great experience. Dave was helpful and accommodating. I was charged 20 cents per mile more than the U-Haul website said I would be charged. This was unexpected, but I did not catch it in the contract when I picked up the vehicle, because I was not given hardcopy to review. I paid the extra without objection, considering it good value nonetheless.

I was supposed to have a furniture dolly and 10 pads in the truck and nothing was in the truck, now you charged me for it but the line item has been removed from my receipt. Now I have to waste time because not only did some not due their job but now you took money you didn't earn along with making my move more difficult

I had reserved 2 dollies and 5 furniture pads. We needed the truck before the store opened and were happy with the check-in app option. Unfortunately none of our extras were in the truck at pickup. I was refunded for the dollies but have not been for the furniture pads. Please review

The guy was so grumpy; he did charge me two days even though I was in 24 hour time peroid. I rented truck on 09/23 5:41PM and returned in 09/24 5:35PM. Guy was blaming on u-haul system and not his fault. Please help me here. Thanks

Today Friday the 6 I had an amazing experience with Uhaul. He went out his way to give me great experience . Usually I like to things online and be in and out because good service is hard to find . For him to go out his way and explain to me everything g with no bull-ssshhhhh is what I look for . Help instead of trying to take my money . Forever great full ! And please let him know I sent this in and wanted him to know I'm thankful !!

Teied to drop off the uhaul after hours, which this location said was available. The mobile check in process didn't work and when calling the juice number, was out in hold for over 25 minutes and ultimately had to leave and don't the following day. This was a HUGE inconvenience and again, wasted more time adding to an already long day, not to mention dragging into a second day.

Made a reservation for 4 o clock, cashier at this location checked me out on 4.40 pm est with no other customer in front of me. This cashier was taking phone call and doing other his storage business over the phone.

The overall pickup experience was less than pleasing. I reserved a 15' truck a month and half out from when I needed it and was told I would hear from U-Haul prior to my pick-up. The afternoon before I picked it up I called the location I had set and was told they had no truck for me and was given a number to call. In the end, I had to pick up at another location and got a 20' truck, granted at the original price. But as I guessed, had a lot of left over room in the truck and a harder time maneuvering in my daughter's new apartment complex. And when I picked the truck up, there was a 15' truck on the lot, but the gentleman in the store said "the system" wouldn't let me switch.

System was down when truck was returned. Gentleman that received the truck was pleasant and accepting of my comments regarding check engine light and worn struts. Because I didn't receive an email at pick up there was a discrepancy on amount of fuel in truck when returned but it was quickly resolved.
