We set the pick-up a week in advance but when we arrived Triple M hadn't done their part. There was no truck set up and we could not get a hold of anyone there. We contacted the number on our reservation and they tried getting a hold of them but NOBODY would answer. It was a VERY cold day and snow was setting in so we were up against that as well as having a full crew to help us move. We were offered an option to pick up another truck 40 miles away, which we did not due to the weather. We were finally able to get a truck at Triple M three hours later.Matthew H.
Get trucks that have tenths spots because I had to pay an extra mile for about 1/10th of a mile or less I didn't even het out of the parking lot before it rolled one mile overJulia C.

My car was hit in the parking lot and it appears it was a piece of Uhaul equipment due to the white on my bumperScott C.

Return was fine, on the other hand, it took me 7 hours total on the phone trying to rent one! Most of the time on hold and no answer! They lied to me when I reserved it saying the cost would be $193 + 5.00! When I went to pick it up the cost was $380 including deposit! Uhaul sucks, never again!MARVIN D.

Hard to find the shop - it's around the back of the building. Staff very friendly. Thought I had a burnt bulb problem - she was quick to help, but it turned out my vehicle didn't sense the LED lights and thought the bulbs were out, but everything was working fine. Easy pickup and drop off.John C.
The trip from Iowa Falls to Davenport went fine. Once we dropped trailer off in Davenport we were informed that the trailer was not hooked up correctly and the component that is supposed to be tightened to the ball of the hitch was not. The guy said we could have been killed and other motorists as well if trailer would have come unhitched. Unbelievable!!!!!James R.

This place looked like an car impound lot. Noone around. Abandoned former store location of Theisens. Signs were not posted very well. Would be nice to acutally have a person check the truck in. The place was sketchy. The online check in process was okay, but not the best.Jennifer W.

We dropped off the truck during off hours, in great condition. The next day we were assessed a cleaning fee. I called to challenge it - the location did not take any pictures as proof. The fee was refunded. TAKE PICTURES of everything to protect yourself.Wren H.

Your trailers really need jacks on the tongue, I rented a 6x12 trailer. It takes 2 hefty people ti lift on to hitch. Maybe smaller trailers you can get by. Had i been dropping this off after hours I couldnt have unhitched it.............Stephen B.

Disappointed that this was not the location that I reserved the truck - and the after hours key box did not work - thank goodness the staff happened to come by the office on other business - they got everything worked out. Wish I did not have to go to a 2nd Uhaul location to get furniture pads and dolly. The staff did contact us and tried to help out.Jay H.

He didn't read the comments which ended up costing me time and me getting overcharged. They said I should receive a refund but they were quick to take the money out prematurely but I'm still waiting on that refund. Just not good service.Cassie T.
Had reserved a truck for Waterloo. Was told there weren't any available. Had to go to Iowa Falls to get one. When driving past the Waterloo location there were many similar trucks in the parking lot. Was frustrated that we had to drive 40+ minutes. The people we worked with though were helpful and accommodating, cut some of the cost.rebecca N.

This is twice I've rented from Uhaul in the last 2 years and both times I've had to use equipment that was not what I reserved. It seems that your fleet is not large enough.Amy F.
The location has nothing to do with how I feel... U-Haul made this experience hard enough...I booked the truck 7+ days in advance and I still had to drive a hour...I was compensated miles great but my time is worth money not taking off miles that I wouldn't of had to drive in the first place...just an awful experience I do not believe I will ever use U-Haul unless it is the absolute last result...then again I just might not move if that's the only optionScott L.
