Incredibly and unbelievably rude representative. Took him 20 minutes to process a simple payment. When I asked him what the delay was, he told me to go to a different location and not come back. That is some grade A customer service! Makes me not want to ever rent from uhaul again

I said post to be a one day charge they charge me two days that's not fair and I had a flat tire and I had to pay for people $25 for one hour cost me $100 requesting to give me $100 back My name is Henry Nahidi my number is 818-500-0211 I need to get a hold of at least a Roni or run this was not rice this was not nice I wasn't expecting to charge me for two days I was only waited one hour to come in and get it going I supposed to be at 1 o'clock 11 o'clock I came in at 12 I am sorry is 1130 and I came in at 12:15 and it was not for you thank you bye-bye

Made a reservation online and arrange a self after hours pick up at 8pm on July 31th. When i arrived to pick up the rental my reservation was converted to regular pick up and no truck was available for me. I had to wait till the next day since that u-hual location did not offer after hour pick up. I was very disappointed!!!

I rented this van for Truck Share 24/7 to be able to do a contactless pickup. I got a confirmation email from U-Haul saying to show up 10 minutes early and complete the checkout on my phone. When I arrived there was no option on the app or via my dashboard, so I called U-Haul customer service. I was then informed that you weren't doing Truck Share 24/7 after all, and I had to go INSIDE the store (despite the pandemic and it being in LA county, a literal COVID hot spot, So I did go in. And the woman who was doing the checkouts was not wearing a mask, despite LA county law mandating masks. I completed the checkout as quickly as possible, and the woman left, locking the building and driving away. I then inspected the vehicle and saw a pile of trash in the door pocket (which I photographed and sent along with my check-in to you). The vehicle had obviously not been cleaned between uses... DESPITE THE FREAKING PANDEMIC. Seriously, your website claims you're taking safety seriously, but obviously that's PR lies. To add insult to injury when I returned the truck I indicated that you need to clean the truck before the next customers due to the trash that was in there before me, and you guys charged ME a cleaning fee. Absolutely insane.

24/7 mobile is TERRIBLE and did not work. Was on hold for 15min and had to talk to 3 separate operators and still they couldn't release the vehicle. Eventually after 1.5 hrs, the front desk person had to cancel my online reservation and redid the contract as a walkin contract. This was the most nightmarish experience in my life. Please do something about the 24/7 process or DO NOT OFFER IT AT ALL!!!

Again I rent and the truck was dirty... the guy blew out the inside with a leaf blower but that just moved the dirt around. When I returned the truck the tank was full and I took it to the car wash and cleaned inside and out so maybe the next customer will enjoy a clean truck. When I told the guy that I washed the outside and inside and returned it full of gas he didn't even reply knowing full well he gave it to me dirty and at a half a tank!!! A thank you would have been nice but he didn't care and probably doesn't care about your customers either, like me!

RUDE and inattentive person. Took a personal call on her cell while I'm inside this gas station, people going in and out...during pandemic. Then started truck for me. Told me I needed to move my car. So I shut the door to the truck and it locked. Keys inside. She told me to call AAA and walked away.

When returning the truck, the guy at the counter was stoned out of his mind and he did he follow covid safety guidelines. His mask was half hanging off of his face, and he wasn't wearing gloves. He didn't help us figure where to park, or where to return our 36 blankets and 2 hand dollies. He wouldn't answer our questions and instead kinda mumbled. For the first time during this quarantine, I felt HIGHLY unsafe.

I have used this place over a year ago and had the same experience. Place hasn't changed. It's the closest one to me and had the the 10' truck needed. Guy who runs the place is dismissive and arrogant. Trucks are always filthy and smell of urine (doesn't help the Chevron station has homeless and illegals in and around the trucks all day). Go ahead. Send a local UHaul rep there (you did last time) and you'll see this shady operation where the trucks pull in and go right out to the next guy waiting without cleaning or any checkups. A one man show who can't handle proper etiquette or customer service for UHaul.

If you want the truck without the service, it's not bad. The guy was nice but because he was busy running the gas station he had me bring the truck (26 footer) around to the front, load it with the blankets I ordered as well as fill it up for him before "handing" it over to me. Definitely a different experience than going to an official Uhaul location. Other than that, everything went smoothly. I would probably go to the location again as it's close to home.

the person in charge of the uhaul rentals is friendly enough to not be rude but not actually friendly. polite and professional but not personable and likeable. he does his job well so no complaints from me. I would rather have competent then friendly.
