I went to pickup my 10' at another location and they didn't. I had to drive to a location that was 7 miles from my original location so I was late and had to drive 5 extra miles. I was told that I couldn't be compensated for the extra mileage I was forced to drive or the time I lost. This new location had the van but it smelled like weed, and the suspension was terrible. I am sore from the drive, every bump threw us in the air. I'd like some sort of refund for the inconvenience and being forced to leave my car all day at a gas station in a shady neighborhood, instead of where I have rented before.

The online booking me pickup process is a complete joke. It doesn't work!! Honestly it makes the process slower and more troublesome.. the online process will keep me from using Uhaul again.

I have rented many times from Tujunga Chevron. I have always been treated warmly and with great consideration. Service is fast, the vehicle is always clean and ready to go when I arrive. Recommend this location and these professionals to all.

This Uhaul is located in a gas station and seems to be an afterthought. I got transferred to this Uhaul after the truck at my original rental location became unavailable because it was leaking brake fluid. This changed my reservation completely. The new location did not have the requested furniture dolleys in my original reservation. The truck itself was parked so that I could not open the driver side door as it was too close to the truck beside it. Thankfully the truck itself was in average condition and I did not have any problems with it, or returning it. It was just an average experience that was frustrating to deal with during a big move.

Usually the vehicles are in fantastic condition. But The cab of this particular truck this time did have an aroma that would have benefited from a deep clean. And the lock provided on the chain on the box door needed oiling , it was unusable until I lubricated it. The staff is always helpful and courteous. I absolutely love the staff and this location.

As far as I am concerned this is a smoothly run location. I cant think of one thing I would suggest to improve it. Javier is knowledgable , friendly, and makes the transaction so easy. This location is close to my home so I expect I will be returning quite frequently. I am so glad to have found this location and so grateful to have Javier as my contact. When I went to pick up my reserved cargo van I could not find the employee who works there, then the gas station man said The employee is out fixing her car paint far behind the parking lot,! So I walked there to tell her I need to pick up my reserved van,! Then after 20 min she came in with dirty hands.,! He Start to do her job with attitude, she dose not know how to serve customer.,! After that when I brought back the van next day at 5:00 the employee were already gone home the uhaul was closed but the working hour says closing at 5:30 then the gas station man said leave the key and car they will do paperwork tomorrow,! Next day around 11:00 I called to make sure they did checked out, the employee said he can't find the key and they car (van).,! I told them they should go look the camera so they see I did brought back the cargo van.,! After hours the employee said they are trying to solve.,!

Allow users of the U-Haul website/cell phone app to upload pictures of the condition of the truck. I tried several times and could not upload pictures of the scratches on the upper sides of the truck. The website/app simply does not work.

There were homeless people living between the trailers and the wall behind them. The trailer was lacking a Jack. I returned it after hours and no one could help me lift it off of my hitch. Fortunately the Chevron cashier allowed me to use a uhaul dolly to leaver it off of the hitch.

Unacceptable that there was a reservation time for 8:30 AM but upon arriving at the location the rude man at the counter said that the location did not open up until 9am. Why on earth would you be able to make a reservation for a time where the location is not open please fix that issue.

I reserved a 15 foot truck over a week and a half in advance at the Burbank U-Haul location. But I arrived to pick it up that day, I was told by the representative that my reservation was no longer guaranteed. My reserved truck was still being used by the previous owner and that my reservation was no longer valid. I called U-Haul right away and they connected me with Daniel, a manager at the Sun Valley office. Daniel understood my concerns and was able to reserve a 15 foot truck at a nearby location in Tujunga. He was also able to honor a $50 credit to my card for the trouble. In light of the U-Haul's mishandling of my original reservation, I am still leaving a 5 star review because of Daniel's efforts and also because of the accommodating manager of the Tujunga Chevron location.

I have been trying for days to get in contact with a manager and still haven't heard back. I've filed multiple complaints already. I had originally booked a 15' truck to be dropped off near Long Beach so that I only had to make one trip, but a representative called me to convince me that dropping off at the pick up location would be cheaper, so I agreed. When we got there, they only had a 10' truck which forced us to make multiple trips AND still have to come back to drop the truck off at the pick up location. I had no choice but to miss work because of this, and now have to pay extra for something that was not our fault and took twice the amount of time. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service I've experienced this week. I hope there is something you can do to make this better, or I'll be leaving more reviews and not renting with you again.
